I do not like being greeted by a computer upon entry. The waiting room always has someone in there coughing like they are sick with COVID.

Donna was exceptional. It is not easy to draw blood from me, but she made it quick and pain-free! I don't have a lot of single-stick experiences!

Quest Diagnostics has consistently been a high quality facility for my blood lab needs. Thank you for all you do!

Donna was terrific! Doc's office had not sent orders; she called and got paperwork within a few minutes. Her stick was clean and painless and her disposition put a smile on my face. She's the reason for this 5-star review

I went in to get blood work done and they took me back to a cubicle and in that cubicle, there were 5-6 phlebotomists just sitting there talking and eating. That is not sanitary nor is it professional. That's what a break room is for not the cubicle patients get blood work done in. No professionalism in this place and no friendly staff. Go somewhere else.

I went here today for blood work, the nurse was very nice & friendly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes from the time I checked in to walking out the door. I am usually a little nervous with blood work but she was welcoming and talked to me the whole time & it was quick and easy.

Went in today for blood work. The black girl working there was touching her key board and everything else including her wet looking hair. I asked , are those gloves keeping your hands clean? She didn't change her gloves . Grabbing a needle, I said , you're not touching me with those nasty gloves! I walked out and raised my voice and got another woman to do my blood draw. Germs are everywhere including phones. Gloves are not to keep your hands clean. Gloves are to keep patient clean. It's a health department regulation to change gloves on each customer.

Terrible experience. There is no human receptionist. Employees do not seem interested in helping customers navigate this absurdly complex business model. Watched senior citizens struggle with automated kiosk like I did. Clinician was curt, bored, and irritated by my questions. Eventually had my last straw when I was directed to another service, asked questions about the service and she didn’t know. Essentially giving me directions and not knowing anything about what she advised, got the “I just work here” should shrug salute. I eventually walked out, fed up with this non-friendly, non-helpful business model. Recommend saving your time and frustrations, and skip this business.

Stunningly efficient. I made an appointment online the day before, showed up, checked in on my phone (they sent a text link, but you can also check in at a kiosk), and they called me in ON THE DOT of my appointment. Donna was the phlebotomist, and honestly I've never had ANYONE in 50 years draw blood as painlessly and quickly as she did. For six tubes I was in and out IN SIX MINUTES, Y'ALL. Amazing. A+.

Completely useless. No one ever answers questions on the phone, appointments are always late, employees tend to be hostile. It's like they've tried to fully automate Healthcare so it's very unhelpful. Find somewhere else.
