Update on my previous post: I reported what happened to Home Depot's customer feedback. They had a couple of weeks to respond and they have not contacted me. It doesn't bode well for their integrity

Went there to purchase some yard bags, and as I proceeded to the checkout I was greeted with hostility for using cash and I ended up having to wait close to 30 minutes for them to get change for a large bill that I had with the results of no management ever came out and me walking out of that place with no yard bags and a strong distaste for the business. I was treated poorly, and the associate made me feel inadequate for not using A credit card and informed me that the only people that shop at Home Depot use credit cards and not cash essentially making me feel like I wasn't welcomed so I will never give them my business.

Lady at the self checkout area was snappy and rude... and asked for my ID when using my tax exemption since my name didn't "look" like it was mine. After giving her my ID, (the only time i've been asked EVER).. I asked her name, she told me "Sharon" I asked to speak to a manager.. who never actually came. After waiting 15 min, I had to find the manager (Sergio) in the store myself. He explained her name was actually Stephanie, and they have been having issues with fraudulent tax exemption usage... which is fine if they are IDing EVERYONE.. but I simply don't think thats the case. I think they are IDing people THEY deem suspect due. Bad customer service all the way around...

No customer service! Was on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. When I arrived, I paid for 30 bags of mulch and an associate never came to help load, or offer to help load. Good thing I’m buff ??

purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot

Kody in customer service was incredibly patient and helped me hunt down a product that was only in stock at another branch. Had to search through past credit card purchases to find the item I bought weeks ago. 10/10 love good customer care.

My mother and father are 83 and 78 and the purchased a $2600.00 LG refrigerator form a Home Depot. The compressor went out after 1-1/2 years. All their food went bad and Home Depot would not honor the warranty LG gives on their compressor. We went to Home Depot to get it fixed and they danced around and passed the buck off on the LG even though the purchased the refrigerator from Home Depot. The customer service has been deplorable from Home Depot. Their department manager is as rude and obnoxious. This refrigerator has a 5 year warranty on the compressor but it's not worth the paper it's written on. I have advised the company I work for as well as all my family and employees never to purchase anything from home depot. The recondition Home Depot gave my elderly parents was to purchase another refrigerator since they won't honor the warranty. We are throughly disgusted with home depot and LG and will never purchase anything from this company ever again. I would recommend you never do business with a company that does not honor the warranty the use as a sales tool to sell their appliances. Home Depot and LG have no integrity'.

Worst customer service ever!!! Guaranteed delivery never received. Called for 2 days and could not get help, just from overseas. Finally got a local manager who told me it wasn’t his issue and to come get it. After cooling off I came to the store when we were home and waited an hour and half before anyone could try and help me. No leaders. No work ethic. Beyond worse customer service. No management. Will never shop here again!

I was so impressed by the team members at Home Depot on 06/12/21. We were wanting to purchase a certain type of mop bucket, the type that spins to dry the mop when you use a Pedro on the side of the bucket. We looked on line and it said HD had 27 in stock. We arrive at the store and there are none on the shelf. We asked a team member to see if he could find any and he checked on his hand held device. He agreed they had them and he got on his radio and called for back-ups. Within a minute we had three or four team members searching the shelves above where they store the excess inventory and other team members on the radio calling in suggestions on where to go look. Within another minute they found what we were looking for about 5 aisles over on a pallet. That is when they excelled again. They went to get a fork lift to get the pallet down. I thought it would take them 20-30 minutes. Nope. They had a forklift there and aisles closed down within minutes and the pallet on the ground. The other thing was it was all done with a smile and in a manner that made us feel like we were appreciated as customers, not a pain in their butts for interrupting their day.

Garden Center. Edith(?) from the cashiers crew stepped up to help match a plant I purchased last week. This is how I described it..." it has tiny flowers on it. A lot of them like a whole bunch. No more like that. She's pointing at some annual nearby. No, it's a perennial I'm sure it's not an annual. Every stalk has more little stalks and each stalk has more little flowers. So I would say a name hydranas , she said hydrangeas. No I don't think so I said. Maybe I'll come back later. But nope she pointed me to the Perennials and told me to take a look, why not? Guess what I found? HYDRANGEAS.

Rude customer service when I called to request my lost receipt. Was asked WHY I wanted it.... then was told there was nothing they could do. I should try and come by some time and talk to a manager... called back and requested to talk to a manager since we live 45mins away BEFORE driving back. Still on hold. Been transferred 3 times and still have NOT talked to a manager. Will continue to shop at Lowe’s in Springdale and Siloam springs. Select wood is hard to find and they had some in stock Lowes did not on reason for the drive
