Staff needs to learn the rules and stick with them. One says one thing, another says another thing. Very frustrating.

I see why they have 3 stars.
Overpriced, return policy is awful, staff is uninformed of their own policy. We called first, drove all the way here, they messed it all up. Waste of money and time.
Educate your staff on the procedures so they do not tell customers they can do a return only to be turned away at the desk after the commute. Morons.

Really glad I drove all the way there to exchange a gift, only to find out that they were randomly closed at 5 pm on a Friday. ? Literally the only store in the mall that was closed??

cute stuff but customer service sucks. i asked the guy working today if they offered a discount on damaged jeans, and he snatched them from me and said "I'd rather get you a new pair." and then when i tried to explain that i was really only interested in buying them BECAUSE they were damaged (which most places offer discounts for) he interrupted me to say that he can't do that. ?♀️?♀️?♀️ i get you gotta follow store policy, but you also don't have to be so rude, especially if someone is only asking. he acted like i was completely wasting his time, but it seemed to me like he had ample time to be on his phone and make jokes with the girls working there, so. i work in the service industry, so i get how hard it is to stay patient with customers sometimes, but this was ridiculous.

They have clothes there, but the same can't be said for their customer service. Teens don't care that do work there, which is obviously an issue in retail anyways, but you can always find better.One person actually told me "we don't really do that here" when I brought up not being waited on/addressed for assistance...I worked retail as a teen and you definitely do that there...Management called me back and knew exactly who I was speaking about. Said they handled it.

i love the clothes here, but the people they hire are so rude. i feel judged every time i walk through the door and feel like when i need help i would rather not buy anything than go ask the girls questions. there’s a red head who is one of the worse ones, this is seriously one of the worst customer service i have ever received, and i’m not even picky about a lot of things. if you want to be judged by teenagers who look you up and down go ahead but i’ll just go somewhere else

The staff is terrible here. I cannot stand the way customer service is going downhill in the hands of teenagers. So rude, they literally do not care because they do not need the job. If you want to feel like you're in high school again this is your place.

This mall is pretty small compared to other malls around the area. There aren't many good/popular stores left in the mall since they all shut down. It is very old. New stores should be added in; it would make the whole place become popular and make more profit.
