I had such a wonderful experience with NWA Florist! Both Megan & Sarah were so helpful throughout the process and were able to adjust my budget to align with my vision. I was considering doing artificial florals and I am so glad that I chose fresh. I had so many compliments and they last many days after the wedding!

I wish I could give an extra star!! I was out of the country and running out of time to plan a floral crown surprise for my sister’s elopement reception, so I just googled florists in Northwest AR and messaged several places, and Northwest Arkansas Florist was the first to reply. I had a vision in my mind, and I cannot believe how much they exceeded even what I could have imagined! They literally made my dream come true, and my sister absolutely loved it. The live flowers on her crown blended perfectly with both dresses she wore during the reception. Northwest Arkansas Florist was extremely easy to work with, and even messaged me after hours when I was overseas and the time zones were different. I would HIGHLY recommend!

NWA Florist completely missed the mark when it came to my wife's bouquet and is now trying to lie their way out of a bad review.
In response to their most recent reply to my wife's (E.) review
Out of 29 reviews my wife has made on google only 1/3 are 1 star. That is hardly "commonplace", but whatever makes you feel better. The negative reviews you state are so "few and far between" are probably because you seem to regularly go after people that leave a negative review requesting they be removed. This is not the first time a small business has "bent over backwards" to help us only after we have raised concerns about the finished product not matching what was promised. Your offer of delivery was only made after we said the flowers were not right. You explicitly told my wife the fee on Sunday was to provide availability for someone to come and pick up the arrangements. You initially offered delivery to the venue only to change it a month later and charge us the fee once WE pointed out that the wedding was in fact on a Sunday and not Saturday. Which you even admitted was a bait and switch.
Not once have we raised concern about the quality of the product provided. If the product provided is not what was requested & promised, it is still wrong. We have no doubt about the quality and passion that went into each piece, but they were not delivered as promised. The coffee break roses you proposed, by your own omission, are not always a coffee brown/orange color. This was not conveyed to us until we spoke days after the wedding. Day of, we were told that is just how they are; we pretty much had to take or leave it. The bouquet we ended up with was fine, not what we planned or imagined, just fine. We were happy to have any flowers that barely fit our color scheme. The flowers nor the arrangement were the correct shape or composition, even after corrections.
You say you take accountability, but you stated on the phone that you were, "surprised we even called" days after the wedding to discuss your work and the impact it had. In your own response you only state you are taking accountability for not messaging us sooner. You had a complete week to message or call us to confirm the flowers you had on hand before putting them together in the bouquet. We spoke on the Monday before the wedding about how you were not able to get the coffee break roses, or the caramel masquerade carnations ordered from your supplier and we would have to pick out new flowers. This is not the "weeks in advance" that you claim, not even close. Even if you had been struggling to order them for weeks, why was this not brought to our attention sooner so we could explore other options? Why wait till the week of when, by that point, we could order next to nothing that would be a suitable alternative? You had ample time to address the situation but chose to put it off until the day of our wedding.
Both parties compromised and agreed that a partial refund was appropriate. Both parties agreed that expectations were not met. We did not receive what was promised to us and had to settle with the next best option last second due to your lack of communication. Settling does not mean we were satisfied with what was provided. I am not sure what you expected as a review from us. We believe the service we received was worthy of only 1 star. We bumped it up to 2 for the effort you put in to get us something acceptable and providing a partial refund. That wasn't good enough for you. You messaged my wife directly at 12:30am, within an hour of her review being posted, requesting it be taken down. Taking accountability means you also have to accept the negative that comes with that. You don't seem to be capable of accepting that you messed up and that our experience suffered. Instead of accepting a 2 star review for a bad experience, you now have two 1 star reviews exposing how you attempted to lie and get them removed.

Future brides, beware. I had a nightmare experience with NWA Florist. 2 stars instead of 1 because I was ultimately provided with a partial refund for the numerous problems.
I worked with Megan, the shop owner, starting in May of 2024 on a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and 3 boutonnières. We had a consultation, I provided them with photos of my inspiration, as well as budget, wedding colors, and general other details. Together we picked out florals that would match from Megan’s suggestions and I was assured it would be no issue achieving my look (first picture, cascading bouquet design of fall colors, eucalyptus, roses, etc). Months later, after numerous consultations, signing a contract, paying both my deposit and full payment, I double checked the shop hours and saw they’d be closed the day of my wedding. Upon inquiring about this, they charged me an additional fee to “stay open” the day we already contracted and paid them for, claiming it was a mistake, to pick up my flowers. Less than a week before my wedding, they emailed me saying they couldn’t get my flowers in and I’d need to pick new ones. After a stressful call and being assured that, too, was a mistake… the morning of my wedding I received a text message with photo 2 and what they claimed was my bouquet (the red and pink). It looked nothing like my inspiration. Megan claimed she knew the flowers came in the wrong color and I should have been told ahead of time but that flower colors fluctuate and it was out of her control. She also saw no issue with the shape. The morning of my wedding turned into a huge fiasco. Megan inappropriately kept trying to come to our airbnb to “fix it” after being told we had no space for her, my mom had to miss her original hair appointment to go to the shop instead (which, we had to wait for them because it turned out they were actually open doing deliveries for another wedding that day anyway?) and we ended up with photo 3, some poorly sprayed (they ran out of spray midway through) roses and peach carnation bouquets that didn’t match anything, with purple wax flowers that were meant to be white, alongside filler we never agreed on and was never in our signed proposal.
When I called for a refund, Megan put her husband on the phone who told me “he saw our wedding and it looked fine to him” so he saw no issue (I’m not sure how, we have yet to get the photos back from our photographer - she hasn’t even began working on them yet - and they weren’t at our wedding of course, which was a private venue, but that’s besides the point). He was incredibly rude. They offered no real accountability or apology and only kept telling me they take pride in their business.
I settled for my flowers for my late October wedding and was really disappointed in the end. It was a beautiful bouquet, but it was not what I envisioned or what I was promised. It looked nothing like what I paid for and did not match my decorations or colors at all. I ended up cancelling my bouquet preservation.
We ask that in the future your business be more transparent about color fluctuations (especially for things like weddings when palates are important and you’re making the suggestions for clients) and your abilities in consultations, that your communication improve, and that you’re upfront about bait and switch or hidden fees. Judging by past reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Hopefully, it will be the last.
EDIT: lowering my review to 1 star because owner texted me at 12:30am begging me to remove the review - not because they’re taking accountability, making changes and apologizing - because “they know it could have gone better but they’re a family owned small business and want to pass it to their kids one day and reviews area important to them”. Yikes.
EDIT2: what you’re saying isn’t true and I don’t appreciate the dishonesty.
As for my photographer, she’s shared very few sneak peak pics but her pinned post stat

I called from California early in the morning, needing a same-day bouquet delivery for my aunt. I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service. The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and attentive; she took down a personal message to include with the bouquet and designed a beautiful arrangement that exceeded my expectations. She even went above and beyond by sending me a picture of the bouquet before delivery, giving me total peace of mind. The flowers were successfully delivered the same day, and my aunt was thrilled. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommended!

I absolutely recommend this florist!! The owners are amazing and the designers/florists are amazing. They did a phenomenal job with the arrangements we ordered and had delivered for my sister-n-law's funeral service. I called the owner and told her what we were looking g for and what we would like incorporated in the arrangements. I told them to make it beautiful and I trusted them with the design. All I can say is, they went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did! I apologize for not posting pics along with my post but out of respect for the family I can't at this time.

Thank you so much! The flowers arrived quickly and they were beautiful! I live out of state and needed to send these to my son in law who was in the hospital due to a very bad car accident. I wanted to send a little sunshine to brighten his day and you really came through for me!
