Drove over 45 minutes to pick-up my order. They couldn’t find it. Karson told me he would look for it and give me a call later on. I never received that call. I continued to call and try to find a resolution. Four times I got transferred to a manager that never picked up the phone. I was not driving back down there. I received absolutely no help from every associate, all they could do was put me on hold or transfer me. Will never do business at this location ever again.

I spend hundred of thousands of dollars per year with Lowes. Went to return a gallon of Roundup at the Fayetteville Arkansas store on Zion St , that must have been bad because it definitely did not work, even though I have used Roundup for years. I guess a bad batch, not sure. The Service Dept. was in total chaos and definitely needed management. They didn’t return my money or give me store credit, because I had used some of it…lol. How are you supposed to know if it’s bad, unless you use some of it and it does not work? Anyway, I left the rest of the gallon on the counter and they lost a customer over $75…crazy.

Short Version: This Lowe’s location is charging my veteran father $700 for an employee’s mistake instead of allowing us to return the incorrect order.
Long Version: My father, an army veteran, ordered a shower door for our home. There was only one shower door option that fit the dimensions we needed, and there were various sliding door sizes to choose from within that item number. We told the employee the specific size we needed, and he made the order. When we picked it up, took it home, and installed the frame, we found that the employee had ordered the WRONG SIZE DOOR. Simple mistake, presumably a simple fix, right? Not at this Lowe’s.
We have had to go to the store three different times, spent an hour there each time, have been passed between 6 employees… At one point we were told they could have someone come out, measure the opening in our shower, and order the correct sized doors. When no one called, and we went back to the store, we were told by the manager “they don’t do that. I don’t know why anyone told you they could do that”. Finally, today, we were told “no return” because we “altered the item” (by installing the frame). Even though it was the employees mistake ordering the wrong size, we were told it doesn’t matter, we would have to spend another $700 ordering the item AGAIN. That’s $1,400 total that they suggested we spend at Lowe’s, with little help and a general attitude of not-my-problem.
This is how a large corporation solves their employee mistakes, by passing off the cost to the veteran customer? Seems unbelievable to me, and we won’t be returning.
Note: people make mistakes, I get it. My problem is that Lowe’s is making us pay the price for that mistake. We even asked if we could just return the doors and get the correct size (while keeping the frame), and they said that was impossible.
Another note: after three trips and countless employees, being told “yeah, you’ll just have to order another one”, and asking for a corporate hotline for complaints, an employee asked us if a discount on our next shower door order would make us happy. I said “I mean, if it were a 100% off discount” . Was told again that that wasn’t possible and told a discount was the best they could do.
Anyway, this whole experience has been insane to me, and I can’t believe such a simple fix is “not possible”. Not cool.

Who doesn't like Lowes...however I did find a smart watch in the wood cutting aisle...now lost and found has it!! I just hope it makes it's way back to it's owner!!!

I get this is a big box store but the customer service here is absolutely horrible so we try not to go to this store. We were in a bind for a kitchen faucet so bought one today. Got home took it out of the box and had water all over it and was dirty. We live 45ish mins from the store so we called and talked to customer service they said bring it back, exchange and they’d do a % off. That lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Went back today hours from when we bought it and the girls at customer service weren’t the friendliest which okay fine. They said we had to wait on another person which we did for probably 10 minutes. The lady came up and said without a name she wouldn’t do it. We showed her where we called to prove that we did in fact talk to someone about the problem. She said doesn’t matter because the girl didn’t give us her name she wouldn’t do it. Didn’t offer to ask the people who would have answered customer service phone or even a manager. To me that’s accusing us of lying and trying to steal. I asked for a manager which she wouldn’t get because she was the lead of cashiers. Another girl standing there started wanting to be rude and stated she was a lead cashier too. Said again basically we were lying because if someone would have told us that they would have left them a note stating the discount. That sounds like failure on employee part not mine as I was told we could do exchange and get discount we had the receipt, phone proof of the conversation and literally was exchanging for the exact same faucet. The lack of customer service and just snark remarks like merry Christmas you have someone here wanting a discount was so uncalled for. Spent $300 on a faucet to be treated like garbage. We were planning on replacing all faucets and shower fixtures but will not step foot in that store to do so. The discount wouldn’t have even covered the gas for multiple trips to the store today and we didn’t ask for the discount to begin with we were offered it for the hassle!

Super frustrating experience this AM. I saw the sign for Ferns, 2 for $20. Parked, picked out 4. Went through Self Check-out. Ferns rang up for original retail of $16.98. Asked Employee for help. She (of course) knew nothing. I explained the sign out front. She called Lawn & Garden. L&G employee said the sale was over YESTERDAY. I explained that the sale price should be honored since the signs were still up. She tried to call a Manager (I could hear the convo). Manager Sarah didn't have her phone with her and no one knew where she was. I waited about 5 minutes, staring at employee and gave up. I told the Employee that I understood she didn't care but this was very frustrating. SHE raised her voice to me and said, "I do care. I'm trying to do something". I then left. Customer service at is (not) finest. Makes me sick...If the sign is UP, the price should be honored.

Their terrible customer service ! We bought washer had wait 2 days get it delivered still not here it's 7:25 pm paid for it was waiting and waiting for it like we have nothing else to do if we had know service was this bad we would have gone to home depot haven't washed clothes in 3 days plus fridge setting im. Middle of dining room floor we e ven took bad machine to them and paid the damn disposable chg don't get me started on discount for servicemen why have it if can only use on stuff they really need if you'll give me our money well gladly go elsewhere

*Update: washer and dryer delivered today. Delivery drivers were
nice and professional. I did call customer service after they responded to my review. They were nice enough but did not really do much. Doubt I will see any refund for the delivery charge even though it was a week late. Just know delays are a real possibility when shopping here.
Ordered washer & dryer for next day delivery. The day of delivery, the order was rescheduled by Lowe’s due to something not being in stock. Would have made a different selection if that information was shared with me at time of purchase. Called support phone number to get clarification or to see pick up options. It was not helpful and no questions were answered. Lack of communication and poor customer service. This company does not seem to care. Buy elsewhere.

This trip to Lowe's was a zero. I should have driven the extra mile through traffic to a hardware store that stocks hardware. I needed three 2" bolts, but this elusive piece of hardware could not be found due to an extremely unorganized bolt section. I found an alternative, but less desirable fastener but had to endure an impossible self checkout for a $1.09 purchase. Lowe's continues to miss the mark about 50% of the time.
