Teresa Babb, the floor manager at this location was AWFUL. The worst experience and interaction we have ever had at Lowe’s. She was unkind, not helpful, and completely dismissive. Instead of explaining the why behind her “policy” that large appliances can’t be delivered even though we were purchasing a second that could- she told us there was nothing else she could do “and that’s the way it is.”
RIDICULOUS.
I would never go back there purely from this woman’s terrible customer service. You can still be kind and explain things to people. Hopefully karma serves her the LOWESt dish possible in her future interactions.

First, I want to say we did finally get resolution of today’s problem and the gentleman who helped us in the garden center was outstanding.
I really wish management would coach employees at this store on customer service.
We waited for longer than acceptable to get anyone to help us to pick up items at the pickup window. Several employees saw us waiting but walked by without asking if we’d been helped. The lady who did help immediately complained that our wait was due to the previous order being multiple items. She asked us to drive to lumber for our items, we waited another 20 min for our items, one of which was a glass shower door. The box was severely damaged so we insisted the box be opened to check for damage. The staff were not apologetic but seemed annoyed with our concerns. We loaded our items then had to go to customer service desk to get our military discount on the item we “special ordered”. Itt was suggested we should return the item from our vehicle to get a refund and then repurchase using our military discount. What??? Unload an item bring it back inside then buy it again???
All these things were overcome but the most disturbing part of the whole experience was that not one staff member at the customer service desk had good customer service.
Come on Lowe’s, coach your team members!!! Customers should be appreciated and even if we are a bother to you, don’t let customers wait, walk away or feel we are interrupting your tasks. As a manager in customer service personally I’m appalled by our experience today.

I absolutely cannot stand walking into any Lowe's Location anymore. I'm a bit of a tool nerd, far more than your average bear and like to look around. Most of the time I buy something, whether it be the item I went to the store for originally or not varies.
I paint you this picture to simply state that Lowe's has seriously gone to "pot." If it weren't for their sales of Flex Power Tools amongst a few other tool brands you're unable to get at the far better option across town, I'd literally never set foot in one of these cess pool stores Again.
I'm made to feel like I'm a second class citizen, of that I'm going to steal something since I take my time while looking around and MY GOODNESS I can't even begin to express to you all how much it pisses me off.

High prices, and nobody seems to have any useful product knowledge. If you ask for help, they point you in a general direction, then you're on your own....no customer service whatsoever. I can't stand this place, and Home Depot isn't much better.

A good portion of the employees appear to be high school kids or recent high school graduates that would rather be in the corner staring at their phones. However, sadly, this is reality now a days. The store is clean and adequately stocked.
