Just had a phenominal service from the mobile unit. They fixed 2 recalls and a wiring problem on our Bronco in 2 1/2hours. Note that this work was attempted 3 diff times in a local (Bentonville) dealer to no avail...keeping the vehicle 4 days last attempt. I can't say enough good things about this service and the techs. And, Lewis Ford just gained a new customer!

Well, i bought a used vehicle earlier this week. Before buying it I asked the salesman to disclose any damage to the vehicle, I asked him 3 times. He said everything was good, no damage. I noticed last night that the back door doesn’t close all the way on one side. So I looked into it and it appears that the vehicle has damage on the top, it’s a huge dent that caused the door to bend and not close right. I contacted the salesman, I let him know about the issue and all he could say is that the vehicle is used and he said “of course” I’m going to find things with the vehicle that they did not know. Like ok??? it doesn’t matter that it’s used, you should be aware of your inventory. Also, after thinking about I remember him slamming the back door as hard as he could when we went out to test drive it. Anyway, so i text him about this and he didn’t attempt to fix the issue or anything, no apology, nothing, and of course I plan on taking action.
