The worst experience ever. They took over 7 hours to change a simple oil and filter . Just to charge me $250 the worst place and ridiculous prices. Never will I go get an oil change there. Don’t recommend it to anyone!!!!!

I left getting my oil changed and got on the 49 not realizing my hood never got latched and my hood came open I started crying realizing I could not see luckly I pulled over slammed my hood shut I was so shook up I pulled into the Lowe's parking lot and called and reported what happened and a guy came from the dealership to check my latch and realized my hood never got shut and left wow never again will I trust them again

Service Advisor, Ivan, was fantastic. He was realistic with the time it would take for my repairs. Tire person didn’t adjust tire pressure upon rotation…but the fixed as soon as I asked a question about it. All in all, a great experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend doing business with this company because, even though my experience wasn’t perfect, all issues were resolved in a reasonable manner and I will most likely go back here when I need my next vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Elantra from the Fayetteville location right before an unfortunate incident involving a software system called CDK. This software system is used worldwide and the effects on all the different businesses was quite substantial. At the time and still Lewis Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Fayetteville did what they could to help me stay on time with my payments, keep my car on the road (including ‘warranty’ repairs) and allowed me to ride in a rental vehicle while some of the work was being done. Currently my car is getting me back and forth where I need to go safely and reliably!

I decided to try the new Jeep service center in Fayetteville. The new facility is 1,000% better than the old facility on College ave. Beyond the facility, my repair specialist (Ivan) was honest, listened to my concerns, and was transparent with the cost estimates and recommendations. I was happy to see Ivan (formerly from Jeep in Springdale) at the new Jeep location and I have now become a loyal customer to the Lewis Chrysler Jeep dealer in Fayetteville.
