Larry Bittle’s State Farm office provides customer service in spades. All staff are pleasant, diligent in answering questions and returning calls. My rep, Haley, is an excellent problem solver, a great communicator, and more importantly, kind and compassionate. She knows what she’s doing and takes great care of me when there is a need to use or update my policies.

Excellent service! We recently had an accident and the process to get our truck fixed was so easy and seamless. Jill took great care of us, as always. She helped us get a rental car and gave us a list of service providers for estimates. We quickly got our truck in, fixed, and back. Good as new!! The communication from Jill and State Farm was exceptional. I would highly recommend this insurance team to anyone.

It was a very pleasant experience. Jose work with us on our auto insurance. We were provided the same coverage at a lower price than our previous insurance co. I would recommend going to State Farm and see what they can do for you.

I was completely lied to today and was back charged for coverage I was told I would not be after a mess up on the paperwork within their office. Anything this agency tells you, get it in writing. I have lost faith and trust in this agency. They don't care how long you have been a client. So very disappointing!!!
