First time at LensCrafters. Optometrist did not listen. I was told I had Plano in the distance when I know that’s not right. My distance is blurry. Got bifocal contacts with just an add power and couldn’t see past 6 feet in front of me. That can’t be right. Was told my vision would get better in a few days. I took them out at 24 hours because I still couldn’t see! The girl that gave me the contacts needs more training. I’ve never wore contacts and got no info on what I need to take care of them. I had to ask how long to keep them in. No directions given. I will never be back and do not recommend.

Went in for a basic eye exam for a new prescription for glasses. No medical issues were addressed or treated. This office insisted on billing it as a medical appointment thru my medical insurance instead of using my vision insurance. That results in me paying extra money for a basic eye exam that is covered by vision insurance at no copay but was charged the higher medical insurance copay instead. Will not be a repeat customer due to this unnecessary charge being made.

I called Monday morning at 9:30 am and Dr. Lance Daniel answered the phone. I did not know his office did not open until 10:00am. Dr. Lance said come on in at 3:00pm that same day. My wife and I both were seen by Dr. Lance Daniel precisely at 3:00pm and we had the most pleasant and professional experience ever with any Dr. In our lives. Dr. Lance knows his business and has the best sense of humor ever! Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Lance Daniel for any eye care needs you may have. My wife and I know where we will go from now on for our eyeglasses and exams!!

I would NOT recommend using this place. They TRIED to say both me and my wife had the beginnings of cataracts… they tried and FAILED to get me to pay the extra $138.00 per person for this FAKE diagnosis …. I refused because we had already told them if our vision insurance does cover this then we didn’t need the “extra” exam. We went and got a 2nd opinion and wouldn’t you know our eyes were HEALTHY and no signs of cataracts… it’s a scam for them to get more money.

Excellent service. Corrected a concern and issue I'd had since last year with one eye with reading. Have been a patient of Dr. Lance Daniel since the early 1990's while he's been in NWA and have total faith in his ability and absolutely zero concerns. It's wonderful to be able to rely on a long-term health care professional.
