Very hard to check out....I thought ir was a 'convenience store." There was no one at the counter so we used the self checkout. We scanned our items and bottle of wine and it said "see a clerk." No one was to be found, except for two guys in the back room behind the counter, who didn't flinch. A long line of customers formed behind us and people were asking where the employees were. A woman appeared behind the counter a few minutes later, grabbed and rang up the wine on a separate register, but was confused that we rang up everything else ourselves. Finally, we had to bring the items up that we already scanned, since no one was there to help us, and had to check out AGAIN with her. Then she spouted an attitude, exclaiming "I'm the only one here!" Seriously, on a game night? Definitely not a convenience store...

I went into the store one eve & nothing was stocked we asked the lady if she could stock the half & half & the whipped topping. She came back w the half & half but no whipped topping & when we asked again she said she had other customers which there was no one but us in the store so we waited & waited she was at the register doing nothing so we walked out. Called her store manager the next morn who couldn’t have been nicer about the whole thing & gave us free coffee for our trouble. Hanna George u rock

My husband and I stopped in here at Kum and go while traveling and he wanted to get some jerky sticks the price on shelf was $1.54 and rang up almost $1 more. We showed James price on the shelf. Where there was 2 boxes of them he pulled both tags and said these should have been updated in March. He then updated the price and refused to honor price that was on the shelf. I will not return and this is not good business practice. James was not helpful or polite took it more as a joke and said we will not honor the pricing.

Clean, well stocked, and well staffed for 6 AM on a Sunday morning. Bathrooms rule if you’re on a road trip. Plus they have nondairy Starbucks!

The gas prices here are markedly higher than other Fayetteville Kum & Go locations. However, it's a pretty good parking lot for getting in and out of and I appreciate the access to the Huntsville Rd stoplight. If I were on a road trip, the side parking lot areas would be great for a rest.
