Was in town for work, called to check availabilty, however the person ( gentleman) who answered the phone was definitely not receptive to "new business" Every inquiry " do you accept walkins?" , " can I make an appointment?" and "when do you have availability?" of which was curiously met with the answer " Nooo... um... maybe in 2 weeks!" I instant knew what THAT meant. I heard that some pockets of Arkansas were adverse to the government and " diversity" and since I did not mention whom I work for... ?

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very nice owners, great work, fun to chat with. Appointments only. I was lucky enough to get in with them last minute for a mani/pedi for my elopement. Wish this salon was in my area!

The bald employee there was extremely rude. He acted like he was doing me a big favor to take me on as a pedi customer. He did a good job on the pedi but his manners were pretty bad. I won’t go back and I should have walked out.Service: Pedicure

The owner was very kind and professional, and worked me in on my first visit about 3 weeks ago. Itzel did my pedicure and was SO gentle! I felt relaxed and pampered the whole time I was there. The salon was spotless and very well-lit and appealing. Definitely my nail salon from now on!??

I love this place!! I have tried numerous nail salons around Fayetteville and I have finally found my go to place. They all speak English which is a plus because you can easily communicate what you want. Itzel did my nails and did exactly what I asked for! I got dip which is $45 and since I am a student I got an additional $5 off. I will definitely be back Itzel!!

Make an appointment! Otherwise it's a little awkward... I've been twice here and both times my nails were GREAT, but the first time I was a walk-in. They didnt treat me bad but I did feel slightly uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer to another salon for a long time and when they gave sloppy service multiple times in a row, I called Kimmy's. I will be sticking to Kimmy's even though they are a little bit more expensive than other places. Service was efficient between the small staff and I believe the COVID19 precautions are okay. They do hair, makeup, waxing, and nails!
