Showed up on time, completely setup my kids new computer (I have no clue about such things!?) Made great recommendations on age appropriate sites, games, protections, and even parental controls. He also fixed my glitching phone! Very good experience!

I dropped my phone in water and the charger port was messing up I need my phone for my job so it was time sensitive he worked around my timeline and was very polite to my questions and answered all of them definitely my new tech guy
