Made a reservation for a U-Haul trailer at 12:30. I walked in at 12:15 to give a buffer for paper work and such. They double booked the trailer. That’s fine. That sort of thing happens all the time. The issue is that the employees made next to no effort to say “our bad”. It’s just not the attitude you’d expect from a local hardware store. I don’t think I’ll be going back unless I’m in a pinch and want to pay a premium for apathetic service.

Everyone is always helpful and they've always had whatever I needed. They're prices are very competitive with everywhere else and if it's an out of the ordinary item they have it or know where to get it.

This place is one shop shop for almost everything. Family operated business, that has propane, works great for me.

I would give six stars if I could. great place great service. I had the uhaul for two more days than I paid for and they told me it was okay and to have a happy thanksgiving. Good people down there man

10/10 customer service. We were renting a UHAUL, and the guy was so patient with us and helpful. Very local and friendly vibe in there.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped us. My daughter's AC went out (in July no less) and on a weekend. My husband is not "certified" and doesn't have an HVAC license but in his field of work he deals with various electrical components and has learned a lot from other tradesmen. He went over and determined it was the capacitor that needed replaced. Most of the places that would sell to a non HVAC person were closed. He even called a popular HVAC company and asked them if he could buy one from them. They don't sell to the public which is totally fine but my husband said well how much would it cost for you to come out and replace the capacitor? All they kept saying was "it costs this much for us to come diagnose the problem but that fee is waived if we do the work the same day" and "I can't give you a price because I don't know if that is the problem ". All I wanted to know was IF the capacitor turns out to be the problem, then how much would it end up costing for you to replace it? So my husband spent the entire morning calling places to see if he could find what he was looking for and came across Johnsons Hardware! I say all the previous so you can understand the frustration. Right from the phonecall this gentleman was helpful and honest! He said he didn't know much about that area but he would look and try to find it. As they were on the phone he was digging through different boxes and low and behold found it!!! And it was only $14.00! When my husband went and picked it up this gentleman was trying to help another customer find some answers and even printed information to help the customer. They care about their customers. We are so thankful they were open and for their help. My husband got it replaced and my daughter's house is not an oven anymore. We will definitely keep this company in mind for our future needs. Thank you, Johnsons Hardware, for honesty, integrity, and caring about more than a sale.

On the fence with this one. They have a good selection of plumbing repair parts. However, the parts appear to be sub-grade vice OEM. Was overcharged for an item which was not informed of the price until it was too late. They were relying on an antiquated price list on the wall which none of the employees to incl the manager was sure of the accuracy. In any case a large selection of diverse hardware. Some of the other local HD stores recommend as an alternate source of supply.

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!! I rented a U-Haul trailer here. This place was HORRIBLE!! Never again will I use this place. The trailer had NO TAIL LIGHTS. The wires had been spliced!! The man said to use "hand signals". He refused to get us a different trailer because he didn't want to redo paperwork. He expressed that he did not like being in the U-Haul business. We were in a bind so we had no choice but to take the damaged trailer at the same rate of a working trailer. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from the salesman. You obviously don't care about the safety of your customers or if they get a ticket from the police. The salesman was a bald man, average height and was working the afternoon of April 1 2023 and checked us out at 2:21 pm. Possibly hispanic and wore a face mask. Be prepared to hear from the U-Haul home office as I have collected audio and picture evidence proving all you said today and what the trailer looked like at first sight. You are irresponsible and obviously in the WRONG line of work. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Great place to go for all sorts of plumbing supplies, especially if you have questions because there will be someone to ask that actually knows something about it.

They always have unusual hardware that I need. They are always my go to place. They are very helpful and usually find a solution if my very old house needs something that isn't made any more.

Staff was very friendly, helped me get a better price on a U-Haul than what I was going to originally pay and calmed my nerves about driving the U-Haul for the first time.

Open 7 days a week. U-Haul rentals plus just about everything you would need in a hardware store. Don't let the store front fool you!
