Curbside pickup is a terrible experience - JoAnn corporate should discontinue the service if it’s that hard for them to execute. Waited for over 20 minutes before getting out to come inside and have to wait in line for my order that would “be right out” when I spoke to them on the phone. Employee was not helpful or apologetic at all, she clearly did not want to do the portion of her job that includes pickup orders.

I came to Jo-Ann's today to find things to put a wedding bouquet with. I had asked for help from four different employees and the best they could do was point me in a general direction and say it's over there. I couldn't find hardly anything that I needed. No matter who I asked they were busy and didn't have time to take you and show you it's over there.The shelves were disheveled it was only about one third of the way full. I came to spend about $500 I left with $31 worth of things. I asked why they were going out of business where they moving. The clerk responded with well we are just having a big sale that's all. During a sale do they not restock is that how they save money by not having anything on the shelf during the sale but people come in.?

Need to know anything about sewing and quilting? Ask for Carol at Joann’s Fayetteville! I went in today to purchase a few supplies for an Art Project for my UARK grandson. Unfortunately, the project required quilting and I was clueless! Then I met Carol…she gave me many pointers that I did not know, even though I have been sewing for over 60 years! Tonight, my grandson is sitting at my sewing machine quilting an amazing 3’ x 4’ hand appliquéd quilt!! ????? for Carol!!

Tried to use their curbside pickup on their site because I couldn't afford the full price, spent an hour typing and retyping my card info, and I know I typed it correctly nearly every time, but their site kept saying "incorrect card info." I guess they don't actually want anyone using that discount.

I actually love coming to Joann. But after today, I may never come back. Some of the staff is SO RUDE. When you post signs that have discounts, you have to honor that--and you don't look at the customer like they're stupid.
