I had been having issues with oil consumption in my 2009 Accord for a long time. My engine was grinding on a cold start and wasn’t accelerating. I took my car to the dealership and many others before and no one helped me with this issue. I had a recommendation from a local mechanic to come here. I called Monday morning told them what was happening and I needed a full cam inspection. They got me in first thing the next day provided updates throughout the day and replaced my timing chain and VCT actuator. The owners were extremely kind and helpful! I highly recommend!

Yesterday I made a random call to this business and spoke to the Woman in front in charged. She was kind and considerate about my needs they put in a new starter in my Honda Civic saved me a ton of money. plus did a great job and Public if you need work on your auto's I highly recommend Honda-Pro-Acura. Again thank you Honda-pro

Fayetteville is extremely lucky to have Honda Pro. People with Hondas have an alternative to the dealership and the dealership has competition to make sure things are "done by the book"

My civic was in a front end collision and HondaPro was exactly what I needed. Drop-off, service updates, the estimate, and pick-up was all very professional with a friendly smile, at a reasonable cost.
10/5 if I could and I will be a repeat customer for any future Honda issues.

Scam. Guy/girl quoted different prices. After I paid they didn’t check what I had asked them to do. absolutely NOT Honda pros!! Only fixed simpler problems, ball joints, tire rods, some thing any mechanic could fix.the price kept going up and up as they went. Absolutely not professional all a scam… I was warned by other mechanics…

I have a 2018 Honda CR-V and in January my A/C had ceased to function. I brought my car in for service to Honda of Fayetteville, where it was improperly and not diagnosed at all. I was told the engine was too small for the engine compartment and that's just part of my model. For five months after the initial diagnosis, I had no A/C. I found HondaPro Honda-Acura while searching online, and I was able to make a next-day appointment. When I brought my car in, the staff were super nice and my car was serviced and diagnosed quickly. Turns out some parts that were under warranty needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have gotten this figured out if it wasn't for the help of HondaPro Honda-Acura!

You all really are the bomb, and I appreciate everything you've done for me. I too have been off and on for 24+ years from the Prelude to Accord to Crosstour. I did do business with the Honda dealer for the last 3-4 years (I cheated on you I'm sorry), and the service associates are great but the mechanical work I feel has slipped quite a bit. You know your stuff and are diligent. Thank you for continuing to be awesome!

I think my car repair need must’ve been too inexpensive for HondaPro to bother with. After the initial 2 1/2 day diagnostic process (an explanation of which I did get from a very friendly service employee), I got a bunch of shrugged shoulders and a somewhat rude receptionist. I was told I could try and find the part I needed online, but I was given next to no guidance for how to do that. (That same friendly employee did his best to suggest I try salvage yards, but I couldn't get a response from multiple messages about whether I could get a picture of the part I was looking for, since searches all named the part differently.) My own experience working in customer service was that if I couldn’t solve a problem I would surely try to help the customer figure out another solution, or give them some clarity about what might be possible. I got virtually none of that from HondaPro. I also left messages that were not returned and asked to be put on a parts waiting list (which I only learned was a possibility thanks to the help of Honda of Fayetteville, which was great), but that never happened. I would not ever take my vehicle to HondaPro again.

I decided not to fix my Honda with them, but to receive the knowledge & concern that Jose & Matt expressed was awesome. Definitely wasn't expected given it being a big Honda dealer service department.
