We dropped in at Honda of Fayetteville just to see if they had a Pilot with AWD and test drive it if they did. Within a minute of looking over the inventory, Ping Moua introduced himself and found us exactly what we were looking for. He was the best salesman we've ever had, while buying a new, or used car! Very knowledgeable, and not pushy. By far our best car buying experience!! And a special thanks to Ping!!

We recently purchased a CRV from Honda of Fayetteville and were so happy with our experience. Especially thanks to Justin Pelz - what started as a simple phone call while we were out of town, ended up with him helping us find the perfect vehicle. He took time to answer ALL my questions and show me every single thing the car was capable of before I drove away. We were more than excited to work with Brian Hilgeman at Fayetteville Auto Park when we made the decision to make a change! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! He listened to my families needs, understood my questions even when I didn’t know exactly what I was asking and made the experience of purchasing a vehicle feel FUN and EXCITING!
I met his sweet family 4 years ago while they were in the process of relocating from Oregon to NWA. I was 28 weeks pregnant with Griffin and unexpectedly ended up in the NICU during their house hunting and they supported me through everything and have become one of our loyal repeat clients! All around a wonderful experience! I was looking for a specific vehicle and contacted Honda of Fayetteville once I saw they had what I wanted on the lot. From the initial call, Gordon was very friendly, fast, and professional. Not pushy, no hidden fees - everything was up-front and honest! We were coming from out-of-state, so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before we made the several hour drive. Nothing was missed and everything was what they said it would be. Purchased our new car with ease and no stress! My only wish was that they were local to me, so I could use them for all of our service! Thank you Gordon, Jimmy, and the entire Honda of Fayetteville team!

The salesman Darin I used was pushy at first but once I told him exactly what I wanted and what payment I was looking for he got right to work seeing what he could do to get me as close to what I could afford. The people were nice except for the finance manager, I think his name was Jimmie. He was the only one that seemed to not be so nice because I wouldn’t let him bully me into buying extras I know I didn’t need since I was only leasing the vehicle. Other than that the sales people were nice and friendly and I would recommend. Just ask for a different financing person.

I highly recommend Brian H. For your car buying needs! We went today to view a specific car to see if it would fit our family and walked out with such a great deal. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the car itself but all makes and models! He knows these cars in and out and made the process so easy! We happened to look at another lot in another town, to look at a specific car and the car salesman actually made us not want to return so when we met Brian, it was like a breath of fresh air. We also traded in our very used family car, we were so embarrassed about and he made us feel so normal about it! This is your guy!!!

Jimmie in the finance department was quick and efficient with getting our paperwork ready. I would highly recommend Honda of Fayetteville.
