5 years I’ve been dealing with this place. Probably my fault for sticking with them this long. As I write this, I’m literally sitting in the office after making an appointment and confirming it and they still don’t have any idea what to do. 5 years of not having simple supplies. Not returning calls. Epic business failure ! How is this place still in business ? So done with this.

I’m from out of state and called them and asked if they had a resimed cushion and they did. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and joking. Went to the store a couple hours later and he remembered me and took great care of me. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you for helping me out !!!!

You better keep a Record of every Dime you pay to them and keep proof for YEARS! I've been with this company since 2017, it's 2021 and they still claim I owe money from 2017 and that I need to pay more AGAIN. I have already paid it twice because the first time I didn't have my proof because I used cash and lost my receipt, I have proof I paid it the second time and I have proof of a zero balance 2019 and more proof for 2020. I believe someone is taking money from clients at this place, or somehow logging books incorrectly. don't use them or if you must for your insurance company *** KEEP Excellent Records!

Having recently moved to the area I contacted this company to help replace a CPAP machine that had been stolen while I was out of state. Understandably, had to work with my physician to get the sleep study prescription sent which I did promptly and I also worked for several weeks to get a police report from the state of California in order to get the new CPAP machine replaced and covered by my insurance or I would’ve had to pay for full price myself. I waited for a good month and emailed the person at Homefront that I had been working with and got no response. I then called again in another few weeks and was told that now my prescription was out of date and I had to call my physician and get a new prescription for my sleep study to start over again. This company has not treated me very well, has not made a reasonable effort to get back with me. I just fell off their radar. I’ve been without my CPAP for a couple months now and not sleeping well. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is terrible.

Wonderful people everyone is so very nice i had to move to OKC area so i have to get differnt company i sure wish i could have stayed with Homefront Thank you Homefront. If any of my family or friends that need medical supplies i will sure recommend Homefront. ???

My husband and I both use Homefront. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. It took me getting a third mask to get one right for me. Ginny explained our machines to us thoroughly and was not afraid of any questions we asked. Everyone there was very friendly and always have a smile on their face when we see them. Thank you Homefront Air and Medical Supplies for helping us and taking great care of us.

They know how to provide the right machine. They know nothing about sleep. If two masks don't work, they ignore your requests for another mask (which is breach of contract and shouldn't be able to get away with that). This company does not like for you to call them if you have problems. Once the machine is in your hands, they are finished with you. Go to Delta instead. They at least have more than one office. You're just screwed if you have a complaint against this company.
