H&B was recommended to me by a close friend. I visited them when needing a new car as our family was expanding and had a great shopping and buying experience.
They were friendly and helpful in finding the right fit that matched our needs and budget. The buying process was not rushed or deceitful as it’s been with other car dealers I’ve engaged with.
Would recommend them 100%.

I recently bought a 2008 BMW X3 with a 6-speed manual transmission from H&B and had a great experience. I’m from Michigan and they helped make the process of buying remotely very smooth and stress free. They were very accommodating with getting the vehicle to a local shop that I had arranged to do a PPI. They also helped arrange shipping at a very reasonable rate. The best part was that when the car arrived it was every bit as they had represented it, and actually even cleaner than I had expected!

Thought this would be a great place to buy a vehicle but apparently they dont need business atm.. Down payments are unrealistic. I make more than enough to cover 3 car payments took my business to carmart. They sold me a 2019 chevy malibu I love paid my sales tax and payments less than i asked with 500 down.. for a more family oriented and realistic view of financial means these days. Carmart!!

Bought a 2014 Honda Crosstour from this place and it ended up being the best car I've EVER purchased! My car was thoroughly inspected and gone through prior to my purchase and the process of getting financed was a breeze. If i could give 10stars I would.... Great place to shop for a quality used vehicle!

Do NOT buy from here!!!! They’re absolute crooks!!!! The van I bought from them didn’t even have a real battery. It had a AAA battery! No manual. And they hot wired the compressor. The compressor had only one wire instead of 2! So it fried it and is causing so much issues and damage! The transmission and engine have been messed with as well. None of this stuff was disclosed in carfax or through them. They’re absolute crooks!!!!! Also when I mentioned wanting to have it looked at they said they had other people interested. I feel stupid for missing red flags but want others to be aware!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Be careful if you’re wanting to buy from them. I would run the other way!!!!Yes I have the correct dealership. Lane is who we dealt with. If y’all notice they say the same to everyone who puts up negative reviews in claims that they can’t find the purchase and that we must have the wrong dealership…. That just tells you what kind of people this dealer is!

Great experience, from start to finish. Was up front right away. Worked with me and was sure to answer all the questions. Was patient and took the time to get our loan set up. Absolutely no pressure to make a sale. We are very happy with our new vehicle!! If you like friendly and honest, this is the place to go.

Pros:Overall easy buying experience.Very low pressure nice guys.We would buy from them againCons:Lacked some attention to detail in inspecting the car before prepping for sale.The only issue we had was that the headlights were “burned out” which of course we didn’t know until we took it to our mechanic to be look at before buying. It feels like a thorough overview/inspection of the car inclusive of lights would be done by them before putting it on the market. They replaced the headlights no issue when we raised the topic. Upon driving at night for the first time the headlights were virtually non existent. We called and they upgraded to LED lights. Still awful! Dangerous and not safe to drive. A google search on our part uncovered that year and model of the RDX get a film over the light module after a certain amount of miles that renders them non effective. We already owned the car and had no recourse so we had no negotiation room and had to cough up the dollars. . In fairness we should have driven it at night and we bought a used car which come w issues but It cost a thousand dollars to replace the total light modules in order for it to safe to drive in the first 24 hours of owning it and that felt not great. Now they work great and we love the car.It would have been great for them to have offered to cover some of those costs but we also understand that is part of buying a used car and we should have done more diligence.In the end they were very nice, we love the car and learned a lot. As I said above I would buy a car here again but i would be prepared to ask more questions drive it at night and ensure a hood to back bumper inspection was done.

I am very grateful to Lane who was the person who look the way to help me to be able to buy my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and now I will also be able to repair my credit from a bad purchase that I made years ago in another Auto Sale in which they damaged my credit and I wasn’t able to buy anything by credit for years.
