I love music! Went to buy a Roland E-X50 Arranger. Tom, on the keyboard side, assisted me in getting a Guitar Center credit card, and I purchased my keyboard. Also, I got some sweet Sennheiser headphones. Although the arranger was not in stock, it's being shipped directly to me. Great place! Great people! Tom was courteous, informative, and nice to deal with. I will definitely be back for all my music needs.

Would give half a star but you know, cant. Signed up for music lessons and inquired about a the best staff member to instruct me. Payed for the 4 lessons and I scheduled the first appointment. Upon arrival the appointment was either canceled or never entered in. Also told that the staff member wasn’t there so I couldn’t do a “walk-in”. Lazy staff and gas lighting is not the way to get returning customers. After a couple of other back and forth issues I simply asked to have the money refunded. The store manager told me that they couldn’t do it, company policy, it’s like a gym membership blah blah. Called corporate, no such thing. The agent explained that it was to the manager’s discretion. They kept my card on file and the next month it was charged again for “lessons”. After I had another discussion with the manager, somehow this lump sum could be refunded. Dishonest, mediocre talented, boot-licking clowns. Hooah

Sadly, the worst GC I've seen. 1) instrument setup: every single guitar and bass I have played needed a massive setup and change of strings. It's difficult to know if I like the guitar/bass if the neck is bowed, it has rusty strings, has aweful intonation, and the highest action I've played. 2) they can't answer a single question I've ever asked. I once asked which of the UADs they carried they recommended, and they told me to google it! 3) exclusively low-end instruments. There are several decent instruments I'm interested in purchasing. But they only seem to carry Epiphones and Mitchells.

I was quite impressed with the selection of both higher end instruments as well as an excellent selection used and entry level. Really looked to me as they had something for everyone.

Spent 1/2 hour here and not one employee acknowledged my existence. Shopping for new keyboard but won't buy it here.
