What a cool hotel! Well, if you’re a Hog fan! The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. Dickson Street is a short walk if you want to experience the nightlife or have a great meal. The U of A campus is close by if you have tickets to a game.

So eclectic and fun! It's perfectly located so you can walk to several restaurants, coffee houses, breweries and all the night life. The room was so spunky and creative. We almost didn't find the fridge craftily tucked below the TV in what looked to be a dresser. Very fun. Great service and good drinks, too.

So I've stayed at graduate hotels several times, and had a really good experience. But this last time they let me down really hard. The first room they gave us smelled like some sort of cologne or air freshener very badly, which triggered my asthma badly. We complained and they gave us a new room, which was better, but also had some sort of cleaning chemical smell. By the morning my throat was raw and burning and I was really glad to get out of there. So for those with scent or fragrance sensitivities or allergies (MCS / IES) this really just isn't the place you want to go. It seems like more and more hotels are putting some sort of perfume in their HVAC systems like they do in Las Vegas. This is not ADA compliant, folks, fragrance sensitivity is a protected disability.

Loved My stay at the Graduate in Fayetteville!!The Hotel has an awesome atmosphere, both in lobby and in rooms. The place is completely custom tailored to fit Arkansas culture - maintaining both a classic and modern feel. Everything inside is meticulously picked out and planned.I was very satisfied with my room. Comfortable bed, great decor. Everything in the room was very unique and eccentric. So much so, that it all fit together. This place does a great job of turning a chain hotel, into a boutique feel. Each one is completely unique.I stayed on a tuesday night and got my room for just over $100. If you’re looking for a budget option on a game day/ weekend- You won’t find a room for under $400. However, if you’re going on a UofA tour or just passing through, this could be a good option. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This spot is a good location - not being right on Dickson, but within walking distance.

Spent a few nights here while visiting Fayetteville. I will start by saying the staff could all not have been more helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Loved how they had an option to communicate by text. Hotel itself was nice. Seemed a bit older but rooms well kept up with and was comfortable enough. Can’t speak to parking as I didn’t have a car. Located in a fun little area with a number of restaurants and shops in close vicinity. Thought the food at the hotel was better than expected. Good stay.

Booked 2 rooms in December for a basketball game scheduled in January.( We live out of state) Due to Sleet, Snow and power outages forecast I tried to switch stay to a different date - they refused to change stay dates or refund even though I called more than 48 hours prior. $320.00 charges down the drain.(BYW Forecast was accurate). There was no way we could get there due to the weather. I will NEVER book with them again and will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Crooks!!!!!

Worst customer service I have dealt with in my adult life. I travel a lot, a lot to Fayetteville, I would sleep in my car before I would stay here. Zero flexibility. Rude. Hospitality does not exist at this place. Forget the fact it is over priced. It’s like paying 10 times as much for a budget Motel along a rural highway quality. Save your money and save your frustration. It’s travel, things will come up and you will need something at some point. This place won’t care, won’t help you, but they will frustrate you and cost you money. Avoid this place at all costs. Much better places to stay in the same area.

We ended up here after the heat was out in the historic hotel in town. My room was nice, but my room's heater wasn't working. Thankfully, it was just the room and not all rooms and I was relocated to another room within minutes of calling the front desk. The rest of my trip was fantastic. Walking distance to the Christmas lights in the square. Will definitely return.

My stay was exceptional and Allen at the front desk was so welcoming and informative about the property. Best first time experience staying here because of him. Will definitely be coming back.

Only positive is locaton. Old Hilton that became a Radisson then something else now Graduate. Many service issues with poorly trained staff. Horrible wifi and rooms noisy. Many better choices in Fayetteville. Parking garage also sort of a disaster.School theme getting old and no updates to hotel since it became a Gratuate. Guess you can tell am not impressed and was double billed last time I stayed there, and stress it will be the last time. Too many issues with many much better places in town. Not a luxury hotel, more just trying to be trendy in a hotel beyond its prime with a lot of untrained but friendly staff.
