Horrible can't barely shop with all the workers and noise and if you have Migraines like I do daily you don't want to go here. Very bad experience..

Love this Goodwill. Always find amazing things like my recent Burberry long women’s coat for $14.

Meaghan, the store manager was very rude to me. I cleaned off the donation drop off box so the snow would not go into the bin and ruin items. I placed my smaller/unbreakable items in the bin then called the store to make sure they were still taking donations due to the weather. She stated they would not be sitting outside for donations in 32 degree weather.. I told her I completely understood and asked again if they were taking donations. She stated they would take donations as cars pulled up. She advised me to drop off at the front door. I started to bring one of my items in and offered to bring the rest inside myself. She ignored me and continued to push the cart outside as I held the door open for her. I continued to be kind and ask if she was having a bad day. She stated that it’s not a good day in 32 degree weather. I asked her what her name was, she said Meaghan the store manager with a smirk on her face. The entire time she was completely rude with an attitude and negative facial expressions. She did not thank me or offer a voucher. I will no longer be donating to this store and do not recommend it. I waited to bring my donations in at 9am.

What can I say - it's a GoodWill. One day I am leaving with a Wilson tart pan that looks like it has never been used, bestseller books, and a designer name sweater, and another day there's nothing of interest. That's the thrill of the hunt. Most recently, when I have been in the staff has been very upbeat and helpful and there is a manager on the floor that seems quite engaged. I am still a little sore about them closing the dressing rooms, but I'm sure I understand their reasons. What I would strongly suggest to them is that they put a few mirrors up! There is one small mirror over by the cash register and not a single other one anywhere in the store. You should be able to at least hold something up in front of you in a mirror in the common areas in the absence of a dressing room. Seems a pretty easy accommodation to make.

Manager Bry is amazing. Helped me out when I accidentally got two non matching shoes. Actually had the team dig through the discards and find the matching pair of both. Also I love Noah who brings such a light to the space. Come here and find some miracles!

Goodwill shame on you. I don’t know what’s happening, but $24.99 for a USED pair of boots that were donated to y’all is shocking. I found the exact same boots BRAND NEW at Wal Mart for $12.99. And the lady checking out in front of me asked if you could lower the cost of a jacket she was trying to get, because she didn’t have enough money and is homeless, and doesn’t have a jacket, and you guys told her “no”. I am DISGUSTED and disappointed in you Goodwill.I gave her the $2.50 so she could buy the jacket.

Decent Goodwill. Will be even better when parking lot construction is done

FIBERGLASS!!! I think the construction they're doing is causing fiberglass to get on things (e.g. moving insulation around) the past few times i have gone the things i come home with have fiberglass on them and i have to throw them out!! BEWARE!!! It didn’t happen before the construction started either!

I've been going to this Goodwill location for the past 3 years and I have to say, they have been going downhill. They are doing some renovations, so hopefully things will improve when they wrap up, but I have my doubts. As it stands, they aren't selling any regular dresses currently, and their donation drop off is in the parking lot. I am still bitter about them closing their dressing rooms. While I think most of the Goodwill Stores have raised their prices, I have noticed that this location has really started to overprice their name brand styles, even when they're obviously used and a little beat up. I have also seen that this Goodwill tends to bundle undesirable items such as toothpaste with other random objects in attempt to get rid of things. This practice just seems cheap and dirty and it doesn't help that the rest of the store is messy and dirty as well. Another thing I've noticed is that they are attempting to sell men's briefs. They are not packaged, and hang up with the other clothes, so I assume that they must be used. I am still unsure of how that makes me feel, so take that as you will.

This place is gross and messy and overpriced and the clothes aren't organized by size. And no dressing rooms bc of Covid? That was like two years ago. I'll go down the street to Potter's House.

Kathy is a grouch. She is not polite at all. Put the woman in the back and put a friendly person at the register.
