Called ahead of time to see if what we needed was in stock, they said yes and I verified the price. Drove over an hour to get there and they had the item but for almost double what it was quoted. My daughter had found something she wanted and was in line with her dad/my husband to check out and after I went out to the car(without the item) and they said while they were waiting one worker asked the other why I had said I was told a different price. They said the worker I had interacted with told the other that "if we tell them one thing to get them there, odds are they just buy it anyways since they need it. If they push it, we just tell them they one we quoted sold before they get here." My husband and daughter called them out on this and didn't buy what they were waiting to check out with and the workers just looked at each other, shrugged, and asked for the next guest (them worker that had asked the question did apologize to them as they were leaving). Shady tactics, would recommend any other place to buy instead.

I was in the store for over an hour because of how slow and incompetent Jonathan and the female were. I came in to trade in a Wii U and Nintendo 3DS XL for a New Nintendo 3DS XL, at most it should have taken 20 to 30 minutes for the trade in. As I've traded before in other GameStop locations and received speedy service. There was only one other person in the store and they took care of him quickly thankfully. I only went to this store because it was retro, if you don't need anything retro don't go to this store.

super attentive employees who either know or know who to ask when it comes to different systems and issues. didnt even know about web in store orders till i came here. way more organized then the other locations ive been to.

It was an aweaome time !!! the lady that checked me out at the register was AMAZING 😍 good ppl overall great time. I rode my bike from Fort Smith to that GameStop. I did only pick up a game I previously purchased but was happy I came when I did !!! Highly recommend !!!

Very poor customer service. POCSystem error was preventing from my pro account to pull up but one computer was working, staff decided to continue and trouble shooting their system accounts while letting 3 other customers continue checking out. Finally got allowed to check out at the functioning POS and employee takes a phone call instead of completing my purchase.

I went up there to sell a phone a couple weeks ago and there were computer errors making it very hard on the associate, but he powered through and believe me it took ALOT of patience on his part. He also took good care of the other customers. His name was John, just John is what he said. Well thank you again just John!!!

Jonathan and Tyler Some of the WORST MANAGERS , zero customer service skills , zero integrity when they lied to my face months ago and here I Am tryna get a new controller when I Paid for warranty and New device and can’t get a new one When they originally let me walk out the store and said all was good myself being a professional went back inside and asked if my warranty was still good on the new boxes up controller I had they pressed me w a no that I need a new one and continued to tell me that I was needing to buy a new one so I waited for a hour while they figured it out to tell me that there system won’t allow it and they can’t go through with it AFTER THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED ME MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL RATHER SUPPORT SMALL BUSSINESS AND OR EVEN WALMART GOT ME IN A SITUATION WHERE I PAID ALL THIS MONEY FOR NO REASON

This location is great! I purchased two units from them and one had a faulty controller so they swapped it with no hassle! Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

The 4 star rating was for the workers in the store. They are always top notch. They know a great deal about games and pop culture. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for.
I subtracted one star for the corporate side of things. After spending 45 mins on hold twice, I have yet to complete my account merge that I've been working on for a month. The customer service on the corporate side is very lackluster.
But in the end, I would still recommend GameStop and buying GameStop Pro. They are the last bastion for physical game media beside the two independent competitors close by. I hope they are in business for years to come.

They did not tell us that we needed to transfer all data from old switch to new switch. My son now has to start all of his games all over.
