“EDIT:After my initial review I was promptly reached out to. We discussed and it seems there may have been an issue with the inbox of the phone as they never received either voicemail, even though we confirmed the right phone number. No worries though as things happen. They were very sweet and said time and time again how sorry they were that a mistake was made and offered to send a bouquet double the original size. I was followed up with and shown pictures, and even texted the exact minute the bouquet was dropped off. It is absolutely stunning and I cannot say enough good things about the genuineness and sincerity behind Family Florist in regard to how they got back to me. When I had originally called back on Feb 14 I was just wanting answers, but they were so sweet in more than replacing the bouquet and wanting to ensure I knew it was an honest mistake that they wanted to fix. I am honestly absolutely blown away in the best way.ORIGINAL:I feel bad leaving a poor review, however I have been rather disappointed in the experience. I ordered a custom bouquet on Feb 3 to be delivered to my best friend on Feb 14. I requested the bouquet to be mostly sunflowers and lilies, and understood fully that custom bouquets will be made as close as possible if they can’t accommodate that request. When the flowers were delivered my best friend sent me a photo and I was upset to see they looked nothing like what I ordered, with not even a single sunflower. Additionally, the handwriting on the note was poorly done but that wasn’t really a concern just an added “oh okay” moment. I tried calling the store on Feb 14 around 11:30 AM but they did not pick up so I left a voicemail. I called again on Feb 15 at 11:30 and left another voicemail. I have not heard anything back from them, and just wanted to know why I wasn’t contacted regarding the fact that the bouquet being sent looked nothing like what I requested. I made it clear in the voicemails that I would be understanding if it had to do with costs, I just believe I should have been made aware. The flowers she received are pretty it just isn’t what I asked for and there has been no effort on the store’s part to get back in touch with me.”

“Very nice people even on a busy holiday like valentines. Customer service was always polite, and they did their best to accommodate everyone! A tall task for a floral shop, especially when you've got men from the ages of 30-50 coming in, expecting top-tier flowers last minute for their unsuspecting wives, lol. Did their absolute best to right a wrong, and I appreciate their effort <3. The flowers were high quality and very beautiful ? would recommend to any bride looking for nice people and quality flowers.”
