The bouquet isn’t even going out until Monday, but my experience simply via the conversation I had with Stephanie today deserves all the stars. Incredibly thoughtful and kind human. When I got off the phone I told my husband I know where I’m ordering all of my flowers from now on.

I received a bouquet on the anniversary of a loss and it was absolutely stunning. The flowers lasted a long time and were beautifully arranged. I'll definitely use & recommend Flora in the future.

Fred and Mary Beth STL Stephanie's customer service level is more than 110%! She was so thoughtful and accommodating to take a late Valentines Day order and even delivered it to our daughter herself. To find a business owner willing to go above and beyond definitely shows commitment to their community. We will always go to Flora for our florist needs in Fayetteville. Thank you, Stephanie, for making sure our daughter had a beautiful flower arrangement on Valentines Day:)

It was the week of Christmas when I called and left a message for a fresh flower arrangement for my in-laws. Stephanie quickly returned my call and she was very professional and kind when I explained my needs. The arrangement was delivered to my door on time, as she said it would be.I would highly recommend Stephanie and I will certainly use her services again.I'm just sorry I didn't take a picture of the flowers, because they were beautiful.

Stephanie was so kind and delivered last minute flowers for me after 5 on a Saturday! I was more than impressed, I never leave reviews but felt this one was necessary. I just told her any arrangement would work and they turned out SO beautiful. I wish more businesses were like this one

Wonderful working with this business. The owner went out of her way to make a beautiful arrangement last minute and deliver it 25 minutes away. I could tell she loves what she does and making people smile with the gift of flowers.

They do such a good job. I called yesterday and she greeted me by name and asked if I wanted to send some flowers to my wife (also calling her by name). The flowers are always really nice and I feel like the value is also great....$100 here goes a lot farther than some other places I have ordered from. Very glad I found them.

First, and most importantly, FLORA IS ABSOLUTELY OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Not sure what the problem is with the Google account, but my sister runs the family business now, and we are definitely open. We are excited about Mother’s Day, so feel confident about placing your orders.

I got the MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS for Mothers Day from FLORA! My daughter had never used Flora before to give me flowers for special occasions. Oh my gosh, so interesting and beautifu! And so much prettier than flowers I'd been given from other popular floral services like Pigment. Flora delivered on Sunday...wow! They even hand wrote the perfect message that my daughter gave them on line, and even chose a light purple vase, which is my favorite color! The only message I could tell Flora to do, is put a sticker or something that says FLORA on the vase or message card so you know what florist they came from, because I wouldn't have known and they are toooo beautiful to not know who the florist is for these botanical masterpieces! I will be using Flora for my floral needs from now on.

Very Disappointed in the service provided. Ordered flowers for my granddaughter a student at the University. Ordered for delivery on February 13th with specific instructions for tulips. Flowers were not delivered on the 13th. Called repeatedly on the 14th with no answer. Messages left on voicemail but never returned. Flowers delivered 830 pm on the 14th looked like discount flowers stuck in a vase. Not at all what I ordered or paid 85.00. Beware!!!

Pam is a genius! There are few shops that I am completely loyal to (like to spread my support of local businesses), but Flora is one. I have NEVER been less than thrilled with an arrangement and the service. She is thoughtful and creative and a joy to be around. Having something from Flora in my home makes me happy!
