I cannot think of a time that Farmers did not act quickly and respond to my requests. I recommended them to both my daughters, but people have a tendency to like their agent like they like their pcp. If I needed insurance again, I would not hesitate to return to Farmers and Patrick Burton.

I was super impressed with how easy going these guys are. Talking to my agent almost felt like talking to a friend I hadn't talked to in a long time and they're super helpful in getting you the very best rate they can. I'm not suggesting they're a one size fits all but I highly recommend everyone check them out.

I have always been appreciative of the Fantastic attention to detail and professionalism I have received from this agency! Patrick provided excellent service with clear explanations of options for Life Insurance. He was patient, did not pressure me, and was a good listener on what I was looking for to protect my three daughters and myself. Horrible customer service, almost four years and two claims within the last six months, bad luck maybe but I’ve had better luck with The General.!
