the passport photo machine no longer works with no ETA for when it will work and the Walgreens across the street ALSO has a broken passport photo machine with no ETA for repairs

They have bad service, if the prescription has been there and I come to pick it up and it isn't ready, they tell you they will expedite it only if you come inside. No use in having a drive through if you can't use it. Maybe you have several kids in the car, or you are sick, or possibly have covid. When they text and say prescription is ready and you drive 30 miles to get it as you have been waiting for 2 weeks and they have an emergency and are closed when you get there
.. no notification.

The pharmacy is great at this location to fill 4 recent prescriptions and purchased weeks previous vitamins. Give pharmacy a 5. But lady that seemed to be in charge watching cameras I give zero for personality.
I had a bad confrontation with a woman that I suppose was an assistant or manager at this location today. I was litter volunteering free 10 minutes of my time near the edge back area and on a few front parking spaces picking up a small bag of assorted small food containers. I also picked up a small pillow. I usually have my own litter bags, but I thought I could just place the picked up trash inside since there was no other larger trash containers around the outside. The lady was angry with me filling up the only trash container inside and said she didn't want me on the property again. She said the business has a paid company to pickup their property.
Within 10 minutes I returned to quickly remove the pillow and small bag of picked up litter to place in my commercial owned dumpster on N College Ave..
This is the first time I have ever gotten negative vibes of helping for free pickup litter off green space since litter volunteering free on my own time. Last year in 2023 I removed 79 large bags of litter off Fayetteville streets and some paved areas within 2 miles of my home. This of 2024 year I have removed 89 large bags of litter. Also I have removed several larger items of litter in volunteering. Usually people say "thank you" in picking up litter that people throw out. Never have I got don't pickup litter. It's hard work picking up litter. I have recently picked up Walgreens property frontage across from your business. They have a large trash can on their property. No one at Walgreens complained when I picked the ugly trash up. I have owned, managed, had worked 50 years. I own a commercial frontage property with rentals. I pickup the trash on my owned commercial lot, and even some nearby properties, and several street nearby areas in Fayetteville .Not a single person has ever wanted me to stop picking up litter.
I am sorry I had filled up your front only small trashcan inside. I thought the close grass property I picked up litter on was also CVS property. That's why I put it in the inside can. There was no other trash can outside to place it in. Last week I picked up a few pieces of loose trash on parking spaces on your lot when I was there filling another prescription and put in your small trash inside can. .Today I just happened to not have a small trash bag for the litter. In 10 minutes I did go back home to then return to pickup the volunteer litter that I had picked several items off front parking spaces and some near your back property line. The volunteer pickup litter is now removed by myself from CVS Pharmacy front inside very small trash can and I placed the in my commercial dumpster. I did not create any of this litter that I picked up volunteering 10 minute, trash was created by careless people.
Have a better day. I am trying to help our community by volunteering free my time helping keep our city free of loose litter to help the environment.
My husband and I will not return to buy prescriptions or anything else at your location. I have never been told I was trespassing for removing litter on the ground people throw out illegally or broken any other laws. I have lived in Fayetteville 47 years and family had 5 retail shops many years in this area. I would never have treated any customer how you treated me the other day. Hope you have a better lookout on life. Too bad you like to be a bully toward others.

Don’t trust the message system. The last 4 times we’ve been the medication hasn’t been ready even though we got a message saying it was. This most recent time we even called to confirm, they said it was ready. I got there and it wasn’t ready. Instead of an apology I got told it is what it is. They just don’t respect people’s time.

If you dont have a cvs card you cant get any checkout help. We were told we have to use self scan. If management doesnt believe this then the time was 8:24 pm. Just ask staff. If this is a real policy then we wont be going back.

DONE with CVS. The new phone tree does not allow one to connect to a live human being. At all. Customers have to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL in order to have someone call them back. In a potentially life-threatening situation with a medication, where the only phone number an elderly person may have is the one on their prescription bottle, this is UNCONSCIONABLE. Gross "cost-saving" by a company clearly only interested in the bottom line.
