Worst experience I ever had at a dealership!! original sales man was great, we were really thinking about buying the car but coming another day. Untill the manager came along and gave us the worst attitude on why we needed to buy the car now. I asked him if he was a manger, and the manager Dylan, stormed off saying yep! I tried getting his attention on how rude he was, but he just turned his back and walked off. You don’t ever do that to a customer, especially if we weren’t being rude. I asked for the general manager and , he wasn’t much help either, I figured they must be best friends. Go somewhere else , unless you’d like being highly pressured, and disrespected if you didn’t like the car. That’s the car fax they gave me for proof I was there.

We purchased a car from them and the salesman seemed bothered when he came back with the first deal. The price online was about a $1500 from what they offered. They came back with another office and then I asked about the online pricing and they said it was due to other promotions we didn’t qualify for which was a lie. I asked the salesman one more time and at this point he walked out frustrated and got his manager. The manager came in and gave us a different reason which at this point we were over it and bought the car. They lie to get you into a car and do not own up to what their online prices say. Also, we felt very pressured into buying the extended/gap warranty. They had two guys in the finance department pushing very hard to get the warranties. We declined and they seemed very bothered as well when we didn’t go with them.

Brought our car in for an oil change. Waited and never received any calls, texts or even a voicemail that the car was finished. Tried calling multiple times after the service department was opened the next day and no one ever answered. When we finally got through they said it was finished and they tried to call and said our number was disconnected(which it is not) and then had the audacity to tell my husband that we must have forgot to pay our phone bill. I find that very unprofessional to have that kind of attitude with customers. Normally I don’t like to leave these kinds of reviews but the last couple visits I have noticed the service has been going downhill.

I have been car shopping for a year when I finally found the car I wanted within all of my requirements. Mike and Jason made this purchase incredibly smooth, they were so nice, understanding and helpful!! Our family have definitely become repeat customers! I can not thank these guys enough for everything they did for me!

I loved how quickly and hard they worked to get me in my first car. They were very communicative in the buying process. However, 4 months and 3,000 miles of having the car, it’s already having problems. I’ve called 3 times to set up appointments to get it checked out and two of the times they said they would give me a call back and never did. I’ve been 3 weeks without a car now and I’m told nothing would be covered under my warranty. Something they probably could’ve told me over the phone 3 weeks ago? I bought a $20,000 car just for it to break down 3,000 miles in? That’s ridiculous! I’m not happy with how uncommunicative they have been since buying the car and how unreliable this car has been.

Just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe. There wasn’t the one we wanted on the lot so they were going to get one from Conway. They said it a little higher end package so we agreed and paid the extra a little over$2000. We we went to pick up the car it was a different one and didn’t have the extra stuff on it yet they didn’t give us the extra money back. They charged us the same. Very invasive and was trying to hurry us to sign papers and leave. They cheated us NOW they won’t answer our calls. They keep hanging up on us. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone EVER!!!!

Their parts department is AWESOME! I have an older elantra with well over 100,000 miles on it, so Naturally it needs parts here and there. They are always super helpful and go out of their way to help me. I am a frequent flyer there and highly recommend them.

Very quick service with excellent employees. They returned my car cleaner than I left it and even fit me in for an additional issue that wasn’t present during the booking of my appointment. Will definitely be returning for all of my service needs!

My wife took our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change and got talked into a tire rotation. On the 35 mile ride home she said it handled funny and made strange noises. Turned out the service department didn’t tighten the lug nuts. Now I’m wondering if there may be damage to the drivetrain. I’m upset, it’s after hours now but I’m interested in how Crain Hyundai responds to this situation…

I made an appointment for service and they have had my car now for almost four weeks. They do not return my phone calls and I have no idea if my car is being worked on. I do NOT recommend buying a vehicle from them. They will screw you over. Offer no help. Will not return my phone calls.

Wife bought car here and was great but took the car in for simple brake job and they cracked my two back rotors and did not grease them nor put the pin in and picture below is before they did what they did but refuse to let me see broken part or pictures at least so DO NOT GO HERE and definitely if you get the guy who weasels his way thru jobs then watch out they will mess it up. Oh the pretty boy at front desk is incompetent as a baby please train him on customer service and automobiles. Update they did fix it but car has had heap of problems since they touched it so do not let them touch your car if you value it and the Owners keep asking me to remove this but I won’t. So let the public decide Owners

Six weeks ago, brought our car in for repairs. After all is said and done, two days ago they have the final parts to finish... Yesterday, they where "to busy" to finish the work. Today... Not a word.Don't take your vehicle here for repairs. You will be disappointed and unhappy.Update: finally get feedback. "realistically, tomorrow. Sorry." In other words... Monday.

Due to supply issues, I drove over 100 miles and purchased a new car and prepaid maintenance contract in 07/21 that could be used at any Hyundai dealers. Dealership entered maintenance contract incorrectly with Hyundai. I have attempted numerous times to get corrected to no avail. Even though Hyundai recognizes and confirms issue they have put responsibility on Crain to correct. Another dealer wrote off bill when Hyundai refused to pay. I ended up paying last time. Only recourse was to drive that 100+ miles to Crain for service. Crain and Hyundai acknowledges the issue but so far nothing.
