Had a great experience here buying a pre-owned vehicle through Caleb. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It made my decision easy. The car buying experience is not something I usually enjoy, but Caleb made this one a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Caleb to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle.

Full of empty promises and no call backs.
Giving one star because the lady from cooperate was wonderful. The dealership deserves negative stars.
They sold us a car that ended up having a "ghost lien" on it. After multiple phone calls to try and get it figured out, I finally had to call cooperate and they took care of it quickly. So I was finally able to register my car.
We bought a car mid July that had the engine light on for a sensor. They of course promised to fix it along with making us another key since it only had one. We decided to drive it home that day and come back when they got the part since we lived an hour away. Maybe that was our first mistake, but it took 2.5 weeks with countless phone calls for them to even get the part and "schedule" us in. Finally the day comes we take off work and get there and they tell us they don't see an appointment scheduled... They did still manage to squeeze us in. But we still left without our extra key and then saying they would send a mobile key guy to us. It's now been 3 more weeks and have not heard anything from anyone. I'm tried of making countless phone calls and treating them like I'm their mother. Had we left the car their while purchasing it, who knows how long it would have taken to even get our car.
Also they sold us on an extended warranty that was supposed to cover bumper to bumper.. however they failed to mention there would be a deductible to use the warranty. Tried to use that warranty and turns out the part we needed is not even covered under the warranty. Big surprise there! So now with payments $50 higher for a warranty that's not even what they claimed it was, I'm also out $300 for the part I had to replace. Plus the cost for a new key because I'm tried of calling them multiple times and holding their hands to get what they promised us. They even wrote us out and 'I owe You'.
So just know they will say what they need to to make a sale but just know that one side doesn't know what the other is doing when it comes to service. Only go to Crain of Fayetteville if you enjoy making lots of phone calls and using your time to do their jobs for them. 100% will not go back.

Everyone dreads the dar buying “dance” but honestly this was an Overall great experience. Our salesman Ali was very friendly and super knowledgeable on all the cars features. He made things easy and comfortable and was able to answer all of our many questions. Shout out to Jason the finance manager for working out the deal we were looking for and getting things done for us. We appreciate everyone at Crain Hyundai and I love my new Santa Fe!

I expected to spend hours here, but he quickly understood my needs and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Kaleb was also fantastic and contributed to a great overall experience. Today was the third separate time I’ve brought my vehicles to the service department for recall issues. The service department is not very helpful upfront unless you take the time to speak to management. The service advisor grey He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I spoke with the manager over the service department and the general manager in order to get my problems Resolved. My issue was with the timeframe they gave me to bring my vehicle in the recalls were for safety issues and they said they were booked out one month which seems very unacceptable to me After speaking to the general manager Service advisor grey And the service manager Bret I was able to be seen same day and have all of my recalls fixed.

What an incredible experience! We saw it online for a great price and drive 4hrs to see it. They sent loan application info online, so we could fill it out enroute. Cooper greeted us at the door and gave top notch customer service. Both he and Kaleb, the Finance Manager, didnt waste our time but took the time to answer all our questions and followup questions. I highly recommend them.
