This trash company can't even manage to keep their service up and running let alone provide high speed service at affordable prices. Avoid this company at all cost, this is the worst internet provider in Arkansas.

Quite possibly the worst provider of TV / Internet services and worst managed companies in the United States ! Don't listen to customers explanations of technical concerns and always use the fallback of sending a technician out to deduce any problems.Account billing is also terrible....Run to a streaming service orAT&T Direct Stream OR go without and you will be better off.

Setup was the easiest thing I've ever done. The staff, especially the manager, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I've tried a lot of internet providers in the past and Cox has been by far the most straightforward service and friendly staff I've seen

Beware of the sales tactics! While the company might be good, the staff can be deceptive, pushing unnecessary services for incentives. I signed up for internet and got a "free" camera, but it ended up costing me $49.99 + a $120 split over months. Additional charges piled up. Monthly payments exceeded $100. Store refund was a no-go, but managed it over the phone. Fellow Americans, be cautious!

Was handed a router in store, got home, no internet. I called tech support and 45+ minutes later they decided they needed to send a crew. Two weeks later the dude shows up, fixes the internet, and then I get an email about my $100 installation fee. You handed me a router and said "plug it in", I told the employee it was new construction. , How do you charge me to "fix" my internet that never worked to begin with. To top it off, my gig internet showed 200-350mb on multiple devices, even when plugged in directly. no one seems to know what they're doing, had to talk to multiple stores, was repeatedly told I'd receive a call back but no one ever did. ATT showed up in two days, set it up for free, made sure we had good speed before leaving, didn't charge for an install, AND my bill is $40 cheaper. Absolute joke of a company.

Worst internet/ cable company EVER! I have been waiting for the technician for 2 days straight now. They will reschedule you until they feel like coming out to perform job. Whenever I call customer service I keep getting the run around/ changing schedule timed for technician to come out. Overall worst cable company I have ever dealt with over all the states I have lived in!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH COX!!!

Told us our equipment was paid off and we'd receive our final bill in December. Then charged us on Thanksgiving day for the equipment they said was paid off and told us we could get a refund in two months if we returned the equipment, again, that they told us we had paid off (equipment we haven't used in years by the way, never use Cox equipment, it's always garbage for what they charge).Doesn't even include the litany of outage issues unrelated to weather and receiving less than half the speed we overpaid for. Glad to be rid of them. If they're all you've got, don't trust them, use your own equipment, and keep an eye on your bill. They'll charge you every dime they can.

Absolutely the worst internet company to exist. Everything from tech support to barely have any wifi speed while paying almost $100 a month. Takes 2 minutes to load a YouTube video at 360p. Got a new router an still on 0.02kbps upload speed. I spit on this company.

The service has been fine, but I was more upset by the fact that I just told them I wanted internet, but they stuck me with a plan that included a camera and didn't really give me an option. I guess I really just should've had said no. But I am going to be cancelling and going with at&t.

Shout out to Michelle Martinez, a life-saver and a blessing. After being tossed around by customer service reps on the phone for a whole day on Saturday, she solved the issue in 30 minutes. My account got reactivated and the internet was restored. Thank you for your help, I hope Cox service reps can learn how to properly manage account from you.

Eric was very very helpful. Friendly in spite of my frustration, got me set up with what I needed and made me aware of a promotion that saved a gigantic amount of money, changing my entire outlook on this company. So so so so much easier to talk in store than over the phone. Be sure to treat him well, this is the kind of person you want representing your company to the public!
