The people who work here are so genuinely nice, and they want to take care of people. I’ve never seen anything like it in a pharmacy. If you are at Walgreens or Walmart, do yourself a favor and switch to these people. Brad, Rebecca, and Jessica, etc.. it does not matter. These people are the best!

“Nice and clean” was my first impression walking in. Also greeted by friendly staff. They were pretty busy but didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. I recommend this place.

Have been using Heartland for about ten years. Very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what you need they will get it for you quickly or compound what you need. This is the best pharmacy in Fayetteville by far!

I tried free delivery for the first time. When it didn't arrive, I called to check. Turns out they didn't have my information and the doctor's office didn't return their calls. Once that was straightened out, my order arrived quickly!

I am sad they stopped carrying my medication. I couldn’t be more grateful for the one month they helped me with my medication. Unfortunately I am back in the world of pharmacies who don’t or can’t run my discount card for my medication. Which by the way has saved my life . I wasn’t to thank Heartland for helping me and will always send my clients from my clinic to your company!

I typically use a closer pharmacy but they only had a certain lotion I was prescribed. I prefer a tub over tubes but they informed me my insurance only covered tubes instead of the tub. So, what they offered, was to individually squeeze the tubes into a tub for me. I thought I had told them it wasn't a problem but think they thought I still said yes. They individually squeezed the small tubes in the tub for me, no charge, just to make me, a client who doesn't even use them normally, happy. I can actually see where they squeezed it for me. I am looking into switching pharmacies. Absolutely exceptional service-- above and beyond. Thank you, Heartland!

I called to get my prescriptions refilled for my son and was told that they no longer have an I Pledge agreement with the company that makes Accutane, the prescription I've been getting from them for the last 5 months, and we need one more month of to complete the regimen. I was told that I needed to search around for other pharmacies that currently have the "I pledge" agreement in place in order to get the last month of medication that we need. Further, that they didn't have knowledge of what other pharmacies that might have it, but I was given the standard answer of check with Walgreens or CVS. Red Flag #1. Next, I was told that they didn't have TIME to re-enact the I-pledge agreement because they were on hold for too long and that it really wasn't their problem. What?! Red Flag #2. Thirdly, regarding a question about Covid-19 home test kits they claimed that they do not want to carry OTC Covid 19 tests because they thought they were too expensive at $50, and, therefore, they just didn't want to go to the trouble. Red Flag #3. In summation, there was no heads up for my family that we would need to find a new pharmacy for this specific drug that we've been getting from them for the last 5 months. That they are too stupid and/or lazy to remedy the problem. Covid-19 precautions are too much of a hassle for them, and they feel they have no moral, or business ethical reason to take responsibility for anything, saying, "it's not our problem." This is complete b******** Bye Heatland Non-Pharmacy!

Heartland was fantastic to work with! I had an RX at another pharmacy that they were not able to fill, due to the medication being back ordered and low inventory. I called Hartland and they had my medication, reached out to the other pharmacy and had my RX filled in 30 minutes! Thank you guys so much for making a stressful situation manageable!

I went here to get a medication compounded that I needed asap on a Saturday and the staff went above and beyond to help me! I will be switching from Walmart to using Heartland for all of my prescriptions from now on - excellent customer service!

I had a really good experience here! My vet prescribed my cat a medication that Heartland distilled into a very strong tuna flavor that she ate right up! I had to call with a few questions, and the pharmacist I talked to was so nice and cleared everything up. Very good service!

They go above and beyond to help you! I used WALMART forever and I didn't know what $1 or $2 savings would cost me. WALMART pharmacists think they are doctors and make their own decisions on how to give ur meds. My meds were always messed up or couldn't fill so my Dr. told me to come here and it's been smooth sailing since. And they actually care and are friendly
