Dr. Marty Turner is truly a godsend for animals. He is an exceptionally sweet person and stands out from any other doctor. He genuinely cares; despite my parents speaking hardly any English, he listened and tried to understand them. He saved us a lot of money by only doing what was necessary for our dog, and he even called me personally to explain what was happening. He also referred us to other specialists to ensure our dog received the best care possible. He and his staff are truly wonderful and go above and beyond. I'm glad we met him here; it’s truly a blessing for everyone around. God bless this place. Thank you for everything Dr Turner and everyone there!!

Dr. Turner and his staff are all compassionate and professionals who truly care about providing you and your pet with excellent care. They are always so helpful and attentive. I can’t thank Dr. Turner enough for his time in and out of the office when our senior dog was extremely ill. He answered late night emergency calls and helped me to provide the best care possible to my beloved pet.

I rarely leave Google reviews (I’ve literally only done a handful of these), but I also realize how absolutely daunting the task of finding a truly kind and trustworthy veterinarian, who you know in your heart is a good person at their core, can be. However, with Dr. Turner “what you see is what you get” and what you get is someone who will treat your fur babies as if they are his very own, won’t try to price gouge you with unnecessary charges or procedures, and you can always trust that if Dr. Turner says something needs to be done—then it actually DOES need to be done.
When I first moved to Fayetteville from Little Rock I had no idea where to start as far as veterinary care. I tried
MULTIPLE places (all of which were disappointments, and one of which almost left me with one dog deceased). Luckily, I stumbled across Cornerstone (funny enough, it was by reading the Google reviews online and seeing so many people raving about how wonderful Dr. Turner is). However, I didn’t actually anticipate loving him as much as I do, or that I would feel the instantaneous amount of trust towards him that I did in that first meeting. However, from the moment I I shook his hand I immediately sensed that he’s “one of the good ones”.
I say all of that to say this:
If you’re looking for a veterinarian you can trust to love and care for your fur babies like one of his own, and also looking for an amazing staff who will always greet you with a smile and warm welcome—look no further! Dr. Marty Turner and his staff at Cornerstone are the best in the business, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my “humans in dog suits”. ??❤️

Dr Marty Turner (Dr Marty as we call him) is amazing! I brought my new puppy to see him and he was so gentle - took a moment to look in her eyes and pet her and spoke softly to her - before performing his examination. He did research on some new medication I asked about and made many recommendations to help me deal with her allergies and motion sickness as she grew - without charging me for the phone consult.
The clinic has been great at letting me know how I can save money. Their products are priced competitively - even sometimes cheaper than I would get on Amazon. They even helped me get a rebate and free dose of flea and heartworm medicine.
I have noticed that he works on the side of caution - making sure my puppy gained another pound before giving her flea meds and some vaccines so not to cause her complications.
I had a previous dog that I took to him (who since died of brain tumor in 2023). She had been having pain and he took his time massaging each of her vertebrae while talking softly to her to see where the pain was located. When she got cancer, Dr Marty was as concerned about me as he was my dog. He made extra effort to ensure I knew that we did everything we could for her before we had to let her go to the rainbow bridge. It wasn't easy, but it mattered. I didn't really grasp it at the time, but in the year since I have been very grateful for this.
He is such a sweet man, I am lucky to have him available in Fayetteville for my new little girl.

Dr. Turner and his staff are always there when we need them and are so great with our many furkids. Their pricing is the best because they invest in the important things such as the care of their patients and not expensive aesthetics that increases the cost of services. That's important to us and we appreciate them.

Went above and beyond any expectations I had for veterinary care. Dr Turner provides excellent compassion in his care, and took plenty of time to talk with me directly over any and all questions/concerns I had for my cat’s well being. I was blown away how it seems he works tirelessly to ensure that your pet is getting the best treatment possible. This extends to his staff as well. There was one moment when I called to check on my pet a minute before close, where I apologized for calling at that time. Not only did the staff member I called tell me that it wasn’t a problem, he emphasized that I didn’t need to apologize and that he was happy to help calm my worries and give me any and all assistance needed. I can’t emphasize enough how much that meant to me in that moment. Now this isn’t me publicly stating you should call right at close, but to show how much they care. I owe that whole team my sincerest gratitude

I am embarrassed that it has taken us so long to leave a feedback for Doctor Turner at the Cornerstone Animal Hospital...but better late than never.We are fairly new to the Fayetteville Arkansas area along with our two seventeen year old cranky cats.We had not yet acquired a vet for the cats. Unfortunately one of our cats woke up in terrible pain and was unable to urinate.We started calling vets in our area but no one was willing to see him... until we called Cornerstone. They told us to immediately bring him in.Doctor Turner was amazing. So kind and understanding.Even though our cat is seventeen years old, Doctor Turner was determined to try everything to help him get better.After a week of his care by Doctor Turner and his staff he slowly began to heal and is home now.Unfortunately this was over Christmas which of course probably messed up Doctor Turner's holiday...he checked on him every day.We highly recommend Doctor Turner and his staff at Cornerstone Animal Hospital.The care your pet will receive is unbelievable...even for an old ugly, cranky cat that no one else would love but us.Ron and Kim Harvell

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cornerstone Animal Hospital. It has been the best experience I've ever had with any veterinarian Clinic I have ever used. Took my German Shepherd, Holmes in after he hit by a car. He survived. They did all the necessary tests to make sure that he didn't have any broken bones or any life threatening injuries without breaking the bank. Didn't run any unnecessary test just what was needed to make sure that he'll be okay. They were more concerned about him then giving me an extraordinary large bill that I could not afford. I have five fur babies and they are will be my go-to vet.
