I feel very bad that at the pharmacy counter thought I was mad at her today at 10 am. She must get a lot of heat for the slow pharmacists. She even started to cry. I tried to explain that I was not made at her. Today my doctor called in a prescription for shingles. I went right over to the pharmacy and the counter lady said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. There were two people, filling prescriptions. Mostly one was filling. The other went to get paper. I shopped. Went back. No prescription. I met a friend in the parking lot, helped her load her groceries. I went back. Still no prescriptions filled. I saw the pharmacists fill and file at least 20 prescriptions. I do realize I am not the only customer. But I was the only customer standing there waiting while they filled prescriptions for people who were not there. None of them looked and said, "can we help you?" Yet the lady at the front counter has to take the heat. I hope she is able to get a great job somewhere else and leave Walmart behind. As for me, I changing my prescriptions back to the Walmart on MLK. When I told my doctor I was changing to the Walmart on Black Forest, his reply was that they are slow. Its not just me. Generally speaking, Walmart has the monopoly here. Perhaps that is why there is so little consistency from store to store. Good luck to the counter lady. You are a wonderful person and deserve a better job.

Really don't understand why only accept cash payments at one register. It's clearly not the wonderful employees fault.. Maybe management should consider people who are servers, or even people who may only have cash and have to get to work? It is a serious inconvenience to us full time servers,or cash paid employees, who don't always have time to wait( or even those who ,like me, get off at 3-4am and can't make it to the bank while they're open) in your one cash line with 15-30 people just to get some basic necessities.. Doesn't seem like you guys are thinking about your customer target market.. (easy, convenient, for working class..?, I thought that was the point of Walmart..?) It seems like you guys don't care about servers/working class customers who frequent your store? Please help explain ??

You can't buy certain beauty products off the shelf. You have to take a picture to a cashier and have them go get it but they don't know if they even have it in stock. Also, couldn't find a manager to show them how to get the lashes I needed. This the only Walmart that does this.

I shop here all the time, almost daily. Not my first choice but is so close to my house. Recently had a guy who approached in the parking lot as I was loading groceries into my car. He stated he was Walmart Security and showed me his badge which read Asset Protection. He immediately started to yell and point his finger at me while saying I should never be allowed in the store again for the way i treat people. I was stunned. I couldn't find words to even try to explain myself because i had no idea what he was talking about. I honestly wanted to call the police but did not have a cell phone. The man did have a Walmart employee vest on and his badge said Walmart. He was tall older with somewhat of a beard. I called the store but still have yet to hear back. Im not sure i want to try to shop here again.

This an ok place to do your shopping but do not expect to be 100% to have all items in your list if you only shop once a month. Very often many products are removed from the shelves and discontinued without offering a good substitute. I wished they offered faster quick turn around time in stocking regular items - many times they run out of Diet Coke, or Keurig Bold coffee, etc, etc.

We have come to this pharmacy 6 or 7 times and they never have the prescription ready. They never answer the phone when our doctor calls in and they never check their voicemail from the doctor. Whenever we try to call in they usually don't answer and a couple of times they have said it is ready, then when we get there they say it isn't. They are really slow and the service is poor.

I love this location because it's so close to my house. The customer service is great! Even the lot attendants greet you! I always have nice conversations at check out and find what I need in the store. Clean, fast, well decorated.

Good prices. Pharmacy has great, friendly staff that work hard in helping you out. They stay busy but will follow up with your doctor for refills.
