Incredibly friendly, super welcoming environment, and they gave me constant updates on how my car was doing. They even went the extra mile and told me what was wrong with my car besides what I took it in for. My bumper has been damaged for a while and while it was in the air one of their mechanics tidied up my zip tie job. Really great shop with really great people!

I highly recommend Christian Brothers. They were very pleasant and professional. Steve the mechanic went over the work needed to be done and kept me up to date on the progress through out the process. I have never been to any auto repair shop that had the communication they have. Thanks to all the staff .

My vehicle came out worse than when it came in. Came in for my dipstick was told a $69 diagnostics which turned out to be $83. Less than 24 hours and maybe driving 10-15 miles check engine light comes on after their diagnostics, was told I need another diagnostics for $140 and may or may not be charged currently sitting at $240 with no repairs but a check engine light that wasn't on before. Also, got quoted for the first problem $600 than any other place. I would not recommend going try to sucker you for more money, with no results.

I know of someone that went to Christian Brothers for automotive repair. This person had limited funds and when her requested service was completed Christian Brothers found an additional needed repair. Realizing her shortage of spare funds they actually completed this additional repair as a courtesy. I was amazed. They definitely have a heart here and I would not hesitate to use them if I were ever in their area and needed repair work done!

I was very pleased with the communication and approachability of the staff. The lobby is clean (I feel this is hard to find) and I love the constant updates on my phone about my service. I will be back!

Easily the best service I’ve ever gotten from an auto shop. Got me fixed up in under 2 days before a big trip! These guys are top notch and John was great to work with. Class act and great text updates throughout the entire process! Easy 5 stars!

Highly recommend Christian Brothers. They are very welcoming, professional, and attentive to any concern you may have. My rotors were warped and they were able to provide a reasonable price for this issue. I am very pleased with the service and excited to continue service with them in the future.

Quit ripping people off. I received a quote to fix front rotors as it was obvious they needed attention. They said brakes around the car needed replaced in addition to several other suspension items and tires. I picked my car up and took to another recommended shop. They said clearly that the items Christian Bros recommended were unnecessary. Rotors needed replaced and that was it. Brakes had half their life left and suspension was fine. I had a couple other shops let me know Christian Bros was a scam shop and management was coached to oversell needed repairs and were graded accordingly against their piers at other stores. BEWARE!

I’ve been to this place before and would’ve said they were a decent place to go. I explained my issues and they said that a level 2 diagnostic test would be needed and it would be $140. I was okay with spending such a high amount considering I was under the impression that it would include a look under the hood and a more extensive look than whatever their level 1 test is. I get the call that my car is ready. I show up just for them to tell me that they don’t know what the problem is and that it “may be a transmission problem” but weren’t really sure of anything and that I would be better off going to a dealership. I was disappointed but was assured that I would get a discount since they didn’t find the problem. Come to the end and my total is $140.21. Now I’m not a mathematician but it seems to me that they simply took off sales tax. I spent that much money to learn nothing. They test drove the car and everything but when I asked if they looked at spark plugs or anything under the hood I was met with a no. If it costs $140 to have someone plug in an OBD and then drive my car for a little bit, then I must be in the wrong business because that sounds like I could make a killing charging those prices just to come to the conclusion of “go to a dealership.” That money would’ve been better spent had I just started at the dealership. The last time I was here was an okay experience but this time has really put me off of this place…Update: after seeing my review, a manager called and expressed his concern and told me there must have been a miscommunication and I shouldn’t have been charged for a service that didn’t conclude to an answer for my troubles. He went ahead and refunded my payment and was incredibly understanding.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
