I went for an oil change from an ad on social media. They were friendly and thorough. The waiting room was nice, although you don’t have to sit and wait, as they offer a complimentary shuttle service. The inspection was detailed and transparent. I’ll be returning for recommended service.

I live in Minnesota and recently drove to Fayetteville to visit my sister. Shortly after starting the drive I had problems with my car's cruise control. So, as I began to think about my return trip I wanted to get the problem addressed. I called CBA to ask about service openings and was able to get in that day. I received exceptional service from the moment I walked through the door. Lane, who worked with me, was thorough and exhibited the highest standards of customer service. After adjusting my car's cruise control program he suggested we take a short drive in my car so he could show me what and how to make various adjustments for operating the program. He was so kind and thorough in his explanations. When we returned to the shop my car was taken in for what I though was going to be a brief inspection. It wasn't brief. It was a detailed, complete with a four page print out, pics included, evaluation of the key functions of my car. My appointment was for a complementary service evaluation. I was speechless. I am a customer service specialist and the quality of service I received was exceptional to say the least. In my world, CBA Fayetteville is what we refer to as a "WOW!" It doesn't get any better. Thank you CBA Fayetteville for holding the bar high and flying over it!!!

Received my oil change and they looked over everything else on the vehicle such as tires, coolant, and brake fluid. Very friendly staff and would highly recommend! 5 star service and will definitely return!
