“This is probably one of my favorite thrift stores in Northwest Arkansas. It's in a small building, but there is so much in here, and it's at a reasonable price. I don't think I have ever left Used 2B New empty-handed. They have lots of sizes and styles ranging from newborn all the way to XXXL. They have shoes, jewelry, toys, kid books, baby equipment, and So. Many. Clothes. They also allow you to bring up to two containers to try and sell things for store credit (which helps me justify spending more of course, haha!) I follow them on Instagram and Facebook, because they will post if they are unable to do buy backs that day. While I don't get to come by often, I love it when I do. The owner is so friendly and helpful, and I really hope her business continues to thrive and grow. It truly is a gem for the Fayetteville area.”

They were so kind to actually send me pictures of some items I was interested in and some similar ones. They sent me things that were on sale from the brands we like and for me being in NYC this is so helpful. I already ordered few times and will be a customer for life! LOVE this shop! Such a gem!”

“Goodness sakes this place goes more downhill every single time I go there. Totally disorganized, clothes all over the floor where you shop and all over the floor in the fitting rooms. They put out all these coupons, but half of them you can't even use bc there so many stipulations on what they can be applied to.”

Allison Ogden truly is the best! she has such a good personality, she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. she did AMAZING with my hair, it’s exactly what I asked for! I love it so much!! “Went in today w my son and niece and the employees were SO friendly and even showed me how to get a discount on a pair of toddler shoes that were $30, the discount took them down to less than $18. They were super helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this store!”
