What a crooked sham of a place. Looking for parts that they didn't have and so they bumped up the price quite a bit from what I could have gotten them at Lowes or a place similar. TERRIBLE business model you should be ashamed!!! The right thing to do is to say we don't have that but you can get it at so and so place. You're horrible and should be ashamed!!! Never using Bumper to Bumper!!Less than 1 star

Needed a battery replaced and they ran through everything I needed to know and it couldn't have been more helpful and informative. The manager taught me a bunch of tips and tricks and fun facts which was awesome! Not to mention it was a completely painless process and I was out the door with a perfectly working car in a flash. Why would I take my business anywhere else.

Extremely impressed with the customer service here. My brake light wasn't working and I wasn't sure if it was a bulb or fuse issue. Without hesitation the man helping us came straight out to take it apart and figure out what was up. Turned out to be an issue solved for under 10$ and I leaned a lot. I highly recommend!

Came in for a battery test and ended up needing a replacement. The staff was very friendly and had exactly what I needed. Cody did a great job changing the battery and was very knowledgeable about some corrosion build up, and had some suggestions for long term care as well as cleaning up what was already there. Fast, efficient, and customer focused. Very satisfied with my experience today and will absolutely return in the future!
