I have been with them for close to 10 years and have several different types of insurance (car, house, life, etc.). They are so easy to work with and very efficient. From the moment you call they have your account at the ready, and everyone is always knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to everyone!

Cathy, the office representative, has always been so responsive and on top of things for me. Any time I’ve emailed her over the years, I hear back from her quickly and with clear and concise answers to my questions. Today I had an issue with the revenue office renewing my tags, where they were attempting to fine me for not having insurance supposedly. I called Cathy asking for proof of insurance on a specific date, and instead she contacted all the necessary people for me while keeping me on the phone to clear all the issues so I didn’t have to make extra calls. I was able to avoid the fine and get all of it taken care of within minutes of speaking to her. the “like a good neighbor” slogan rings true with this office. Highly recommend.

My wife and I contacted a reputable contractor to inspect our roof after a recent hail storm for damages. The contractor who who came to our home turned out being the Director of the company’s roofing division and was super knowledgeable and explained the process of what hail damage looked like and how the damage process works in order to consider wether a roof is damaged to the point of needing replaced or not. He also mentioned a roof can have hail strikes but may not meet the criteria for replacing. After the inspection he determined by using calculations on 3 sides of our roof that we had at least 9 to 10 hail strikes in a 9x9 area on each of the three sides of our roof and recommended a shingle replacement. He then said we should contact our insurance company about the inspection and damage. My wife contacted State Farm’s Claims Department and made a claim. About 2 weeks later a contracted appraiser came to our home to conduct the inspection and our contractor was also present to point out his findings to the appraiser. To our surprise the appraiser said he didn’t find a single hail strike to the roof but did find hail damage to our gutters, vents on the roof and a screen on one of our windows. I can’t for the life of me understand his findings considering our roof is the biggest object pointing towards the sky and he said there wasn’t a single hail strike but found hail damage on other materials that are a part of our roof. We were devastated and confused by this contracted appraisers findings as as was our contractor. We decided to contact our local State Farm Office about our problem and the findings of the appraiser. We also mentioned when discussing the matter how rude the appraiser was to my wife when she questioned him after his inspection. The insurance company at first sounded as if they were confused about the appraisers findings on the phone but in the following days appeared somewhat put out by the entire encounter. The contractor who did our inspection sent the pictures of the damage he found and his recommendations to our insurance office and they submitted it back to the claims department. Ultimately another appraiser contacted our contractor and at first said he would be doing a follow up inspection but then called back and said he made a mistake that State Farm wasn’t willing to send him out for a second opinion. Our contractor told us that he had inspected several roofs of homes not only in our neighborhood but in other neighborhoods in other communities. The general consensus was the only customers not getting there damaged roofs replaced were State Farm Customers. We are going to be checking with other companies to insure or vehicles and home. My thoughts are if you can’t depend on them to cover your most prized investments from damage than what good are they doing you. After all it’s your money that you pay premiums on monthly, quarterly, biannually or yearly.Sincerely,A very dissatisfied customer!

Great agent. Service is always good and the employees are friendly. I've been using this agency for years. State Farm isn't the cheapest but I know they will pay my claims unlike All State.

I was with Brad Scott’s State Farm for many years until a friend of mine opened his own agency, so I cancelled all my policies with State Farm on 2/9/19 to support a friend. Well, they didn’t cancel all my policies and left one open for some reason and debited $217.38 out of my account on March 13th. When I called about it they said they will correct it immediately. About a week later I received a check for $86.29, so on March 21st I called again and they informed me they will get it fixed and opened a “ticket”. As of April 3rd I still haven’t received my money so I decided to follow up again...this time a very defensive assistant to Brad Scott made me feel like I was being a jackass for wanting clarification on why State Farm just opened a ticket on 4/3/19 and not on 3/21/19. This guy kept interrupting me and saying I was talking over him. He kept saying we aren’t trying to screw you and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I wasn’t saying they were trying to screw me, I just wanted an actual answer. He needs to understand to actually listen to people’s concerns and not get so damn defensive. He also told me the person in charge of the situation will call me that day...still waiting on that call. It’s not how you handle people when things are going good, it’s how you handle people when things are not going right and this agency needs some serious training. (Except for Nathan)“Don’t listen to reply. Listen to Understand!”
