Very sweet place, came here looking to adopt a kitten and they had SO many at the time. Facility is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and seem like they're genuinely interested in helping these animals find forever homes. They sent us home with our fur friend, starter pet food, toys and an appointment to have our kitten neutered. This was a good experience and I highly recommend adopting here.

Some of the doctor were good , but there was one that ran me off by her opinion. That opinion wasn't even necessary or appropriate to say when it didn't need to be said. I stopped going here bc of this. It's bn a year since I took my dog there

Best Friends has the most knowledgeable vets and staff. They are thorough and excellent in their exams and follow up. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I took my 11 month old dog here to be seen as he was having diarrhea and some vomiting. I was aware my dog had a mild heart murmur. Well they informed me it didn't seem mild now and if I wanted my dog could get an echocardiogram and could be seen by dr Williams a cardiologist that visits their place once a month for visits. That if I wanted my dog to be seen. This dr requires a blood panel(2 options, I paid extra for the full one), urine sample & 3 views of xrays. So I spent around $400 this day to get what the dr needed with the belief he was going to be seen by cardiologist. The day of the cardiologist I took my dog in. 30 min later I got a call that dr Williams doesn't see young dogs that was born with murmurs only old dogs that have developed murmurs. That he could still do the echocardiogram but dr wouldn't be able to pinpoint my dogs issues like they previously told me. So I opted to not do this. They said I could go to Columbia Missouri to get this done at the university. I asked if they could reimburse me, at least partially for what I spent on the prework. When they got back with me over that. I was told the owner said no because I got the results of those tests. I feel I was done wrong. It was not my place to know that dr Williams doesn't do these on congenital murmurs. That was their place. They are the ones who told me if I wanted dr to see my dog I needed to get this stuff done now so he could have results when he seen him. Had they told me if I wanted to take al these tests and pay $400 just to NOT get the echocardiogram. I would have said no. All this is on them and they don't want to make things right. That to me is POOR BUSINESS. All the places I have worked if the business misinformed someone that's on them to make things right. Best friends did not. I want to take my dog somewhere that is honest. Someone that I can trust. will do me right and charge me fair. Best friends did not.

This is the best vet I have ever used! Affordable, kind, very easy to work with- communication by text or phone. We have three dogs and BFAH is our furrever vet. :)

So far they've been really great. My dog loves it there and they go to great lengths to make us both very comfortable.

They have been great with my new puppy. He's had some tummy troubles, and the vets helped us work through it. He seems to really like them.

This place is fantastic! All the staff is so kind and you can tell everyone really cares there. So thankful for them taking care of my sweet boy. The two vets we have seen were both very thorough and explained everything to me. Even with having to stay outside during Covid precautions they called/face timed/sent pictures. Really great experiences my We will continue to use BFAH for all of our dogs needs. Thank y’all so much!

Very organized and attentive to my pet. Staff friendly and provided lots of feedback on the cat. Appreciate their boarding services and professionalism.Am a new customer and am very glad we chose them for our cat. Will be back.
