Prescribed my cat urinary food to prevent crystals. After I moved and was in the process of changing vets would not provide re-up my prescription for even a month. Told me it was their policy.

I took my cat Sokka here recently for a post-move health scare and was really blown away by the quality of care! It was so easy to make a last minute appointment, and when we arrived the amazing lady at the front desk remembered us from speaking on the phone. Everyone was so personable, kind, and gentle, and clearly had so much love for not just my guy but all the animals. Prices were reasonable, and post-visit communication was amazing. Will definitely make them my go-to vet for all my furbabies from here on out! Could not recommend highly enough.

The quality of care and concern are outstanding. I highly recommend this business. The staff are wonderful and made me feel welcome. They answered all my questions. Won't go anywhere else for my pet care.

I am 74 years old and have lived in 12 states and have availed myself of veterinary services in all those places. These are the most incompetent, uncaring people with whom I have ever dealt. The absolute worst. Unless you want your pet euthanized for walking in the front door, please find another animal clinic! Please, if you care about your pet, find another clinic.

They really care about our pets, very kind and sweet in their approach. Female owned, only women working here, it's very nice and refreshing. A totally different vibe compared to other clinics, a lot of compassion and kindness.

I went there because Weddington animal hospital has proven over and over again that they are incompetent and all about the money.The visit was $64 and they got my previous test results from Weddington animal hospital so they did not need to charge $150 for blood work. Within 5 minutes, they had realized Weddington animal hospital's mistake and were talking with me about getting my diabetic cats glucose under control, including foods I can buy at any store and the best place to get the insulin my cat needed. They acknowledged that I am on a budget and did everything they could to keep my costs down.They were absolutely wonderful at Best Friends Animal Hospital and I will be going there again.

We took our buddy, Onyx, in after we were unable to get rid of his hotspot. The clinic was able to get us in the same day we called, so that was incredibly helpful. The staff were all welcoming and super sweet to our boy. Dr. Natalie Mayer was so informative for us and patient with Onyx. Absolutely recommend anyone looking for a vet!

People here are extremely nice and friendly! My dog was sick, snd they got her diagnosed and sent her home with some medicine and shes now doing 100x better!

Always a friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Mayer is very knowledgeable and helpful, so I feel that I am making the right decisions for my pets, health, and quality of life.

They best place to go the Staff is very findly . When I had to put my boxer Jasmine down. They were so loving and caring they even sent me paw print and nose prints of Jasmine in my favorite color. I highly recommend them. 5 star.

My dog loves going to Best Friends. Everyone is friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. They make sure to interact directly with the pets with no shortage of love, attention, or treats. They're also very helpful in answering questions or explaining things to owners. Thanks for making our visits so enjoyable!

Very sweet place, came here looking to adopt a kitten and they had SO many at the time. Facility is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and seem like they're genuinely interested in helping these animals find forever homes. They sent us home with our fur friend, starter pet food, toys and an appointment to have our kitten neutered. This was a good experience and I highly recommend adopting here.
