Always a great staff but very overpriced. A lotion should not be over 20$. Their candles last less than a week, for 30$ a pop! I will add that the "Water" hydration lotion has hydrolaronic acid and smells great.

This place sucks, crew members were rude, dismissive, and on their phones all the time. The one time one of them did assist me, his breath was disgusting, smelled kinda like garlic. I think his name was Henry? Brush your teeth, dude, you smell awful.

definitely the rudest staff i've seen. store was gross and gave me a headache like no bath and body works i've been to before. the smell was ungodly powerful in the worst way. worst experience ever

Don't visit this place, it's not worth your time. Lydia, the clerk, was super rude and acted like I was an idiot for asking her a simple question. Management backed her up and talked down to me. I won't be coming back.

Horrible customer service. They didn't talk to me a single time and were extremely rude the entire visit. Management was the worst part. All the shelves were unorganized and very clearly dirty with a sticky substance coating them. Was not impressed with the unprofessional and self-righteous attitude of the managers. At the register I was served by an employee named Lydia and she was very rude, also extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning.

such bad customer service. very childish behavior from the younger employees who were in their phones at the register and then when I went up to checkout no one was at the register and all in the back. I get it wasn't busy but I waited five minutes and finally just left and went to the other stor.

So if you’re thinking of doing any Christmas shopping or any other kind of present for someone or for yourself. I would not recommend the store anymore. So now, even with the receipt, you are not able to exchange the scent if you don’t really like it or you changed your mind and want something different. Without paying the difference of the new current price. Why should Someone else have to pay a lot more if they just want to exchange the scent, I will not be shopping here anymore like I use to at all. And I would not recommend this place anymore unless you’re 100% sure you or another person is going to like the scent you get them for sure. Not sure if it was just the lady that I got that doesn’t really know the rules but it hadn’t been long ago this year where I was able to do an even exchange. I’m just changing the scent, the price is the same nobody should have to pay more…. What a shame!!!
