I visited about twenty minutes before closing and Emma was so sweet! They took care of me at the register, I could tell that she really enjoys her job and I appreciate how welcome she made me feel during this visit!

I could not get any employees to assist with showing me the location of any books and asked multiple employees more than once. All employees pointed and gave vague descriptions, even when I explained I couldn't see that far away to understand their description. Just a lack of common sense concerning customer service.

Staff is incredibly rude. We aren’t used to the layout of the Fayetteville location and I got confused where the romance section was since it’s separate from the mass paperback. I politely asked for help and the book seller said “…it’s literally right behind you…” when I turned around I saw the mystery thriller section and asked for more help and she huffed and said it’s around the corner where the Colleen Hoover books are - didnt move the two feet to just help me actually find the section. My husband was looking for a new release mystery and when he asked for help he was told to go look at the front of the store. No lines. Not busy. Just rude experience over all.

Great selection of books though last time I went it seemed they were low stock/ or rearranging a lot of the store so we got a little lost. Still, as good as any barnes and noble
