If I could give this bank a negative rating I would. I was trying to get to crossover because they are open on Saturdays and my mail lady was late so I did not make it over there. So I call the bank on Monday and spoke to Donnie jerk Nick told him I was trying to get the check in so I did not get hit with fees. He said we are not going to help you. I said maybe , I should look at a different bank heYes you should. Finally I got the manager andShe said that she understood what I was trying to do . And as a courtesy she would wave the 2 ov drafts. I said ok ty she said call me in middle of the week and we will get this taken care of. So I get this girl whom has nothing to do with this nor the branch manager . Telling me a Long speech about what ever . So I ask again. I want toSpeak to the manager. Oh she’s busy or she out of the office. I said can you have herCall me on Monday She said yes. Well today I got nick and same thing we are not going to do anything and I said have yourManager call me today.This use to be an amazing bank friendlyCaring go the extra step for its customer .Not any more they are as bad if not worseLike Bank of America. We are looking at other banks and avoid this one at ALL COST!

So extremely slow. Just getting change and dropping off a couple deposits shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes.

Can you believe they open a branch that cannot help open a checking account? As a potential customer, I believe having a location with office inside but cannot help customer open simple checking account is rather ridiculous. Wondering what the manager and personal bankers are doing? Maybe they should put a sign outside and said, "For drive through and other teller activities only" or "No Manager nor Banker available". One star for the nice teller though.

Can't imagine this bank being any better even if I owned it !! Trish & Stephenia are the two most caring people I have ever encountered in the banking industry, They have helped me in the good times and more in the bad times and I am NOT a BIG account customer, it's just how they are, OZK is in good hands at this location, so don't mess it up !!! Let them be the # 1 location because they are # 1 in my eyes...

There were two tellers in the drive-thru. A young gentleman and a white lady with dark almost shoulder length hair with bright red lipstick. She was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Her attitude stunk, her customer service was awful and she acted as if she didn't care if I banked there or not. I've been banking with Trish for a while, and it was more than apparent Trish didn't train this girl. I can assure you that when I go back, if this girl is in the drive-thru, I'll ask for someone else.

This branch was awful. The atm stole my debit card, I went inside and told the lady what was going on. She kinda of rudly said do you need a new card. She didn't aplogize or anything thing. She said you can go out there and she if it spit it out, so I did with no luck. Went back in and said nope. Once again no apology so you want a new card she said again. Such an inconvenience, and bad customer service.

what just happened at your location should never happen to anyone. we have banked with you folks for years and even encouraged our parents to bank with you and they changed banks after banking with Decatur state for 50 years. the treatment my wife just received, first at the drive thru, then inside was very unprofessional. it was the same woman both times. finally another employee intervened and she/wife was helped. what an attitude she had with my wife and all but called her a liar and said we didn't have an account with the bank... and all that after my wife gave her our card with the account number on it. my wife is a very passive person but was offended by your employees behavior and attitude. she deserves an apology.
