The most inconvenient bank in Arkansas.Topped off with the worst atm service. $500 limits, and that’s only available in small bills.The one star in the review is for the people that work there. They are real nice when they tell me they are closed.

I worked there for almost three years so I know the procedures for money being deposited into closed accounts. These people took my sons tax return and paid off a debt that wasn’t his. I have there bank managers on video admitting that they were not supposed to do that and now no one will speak to us about the situation I had to call them from a phone number they didn’t know. While I worked there I wasn’t trained properly and anytime I would ask for my manager’s help she would blow me off or get someone else to help me because she doesn’t really like black people im pretty sure if I figured that out everyone else knew that too. She would lie on me to her boss which was her best friend so I was in a lose lose situation. When my son died you would think me being there that long someone would reach out but they didn’t until they wanted to know when I was coming back to work. I would not suggest working or banking with them if you’re black.

Even though I have moved across town, this is still my "go to" bank. I am so glad that they have open hours Saturday morning. Very helpful with my busy week!
