DON'T put your money in this bank! 0/5 stars if I could. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The task was as simple as it gets, a notarized document. When I questioned the notary why she was overthinking the basic task, the teller clapped in my face. His behavior is about what I've come to expect from a DEI hire but having to go elsewhere to get the document notarized was the last straw. It's not like I am a minimum balance account holder, I had over $20k in the account and provided my debit card for the notary to view my account. This place worked harder to turn me away than it would have taken to display just a bit of competence. An undergrad student with blue hair and a nose piercing at the UPS Store was able to notarize my document in less than 5 minutes, LOL. Don't waste your time, 13 reviews and none are good should be enough evidence this place is a very incompetent joke. If the DEI employee would like to come to my place and try to clap in my face, bring it. My address is 2314 SW 16th St. Bentonville, 72713 the same as the address I gave to prove my account.

Leo Cantu and Brandy Asbury have been an absolute pleasure to deal with at this branch! They went out of their way to help me with my loan. Super helpful and friendly attitudes and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized banking experience.

The drive thru at the Joyce location is always excruciatingly slow. If the lobby is closed, get some more manpower on the window, please.

Me and my boyfriend went to their ATM to put money on my card to pay my rent and their ATM ate my card and didn’t give it back. It was on Friday last week so I had to wait until Monday to get my card back. They Locked my card so I couldn’t pay my rent.

Their ATM ate my card so I called customer service and they put a lock on it and they don’t open again until Monday so I can’t get a new one and my account is locked and I can’t pay my rent. Thanks bank OZK for getting me evicted.

The branch manager is a racist. Very disappointed in the service. I want to make it very clear DO NOT open an account here unless you are white only. I will continue to make complaints until action are taken. She doesn’t deserve the title she has nor the respect from Fayetteville citizens.
