Our house was getting a new roof and I talked to the manager about staying there at odd hours- since we work nights. He was more than fair with the pricing, and very accommodating as he moved our room to the corner where there were no other people on the 4th floor. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet! I slept better there than my own house. The food in the morning was fresh and had good items like Chobani, little cuties, jimmy deans sandwiches, Ernest spunkmyer muffins & even elderberry/cranberry juice. We had an amazing, quiet rest and appreciate the manager and all the staff! If we need to stay somewhere during the day to rest again- it will be this hotel

Even though they have had to deal with me for three weeks straight, I get treated each day as I'm a new guest like everyone else that's checked in. All of the staff are quick to assist you with almost any accommodation requests. If one doesn't know how to answer a specific question, they will reach out to others at the hotel or call around to get questions answered. This is one of the friendliest group of individuals you will encounter in the hotel industry. Other hotels may have slightly more to offer, but they won't have this top level staff and I suggest you give this location a chance whenever you visit Fayetteville.

Stayed at the Avid to attend a razorback game. The staff was real friendly. The rooms were quiet and super clean. I have high standards on cleanliness and it met them. We will definitely stay there again.

Our room was great! Just hope you don't have any problems with being double charged like they did us. I have left multiple messages for the manager to get this resolved and he never returns your call. Elizabeth that I have spoken to multiple times doesn't know what to do. My step is to turn them into the BBB. This is ridiculous!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, spacious room. Great shower. Friendly staff. A good light breakfast.

We stayed here, quite honestly, because it was an affordable option when visiting NW Arkansas for War Eagle craft fair. We were quite impressed! The hotel was very clean, and aside from the slight annoyance of hearing the ac unit click on throughout the night, very quiet! The lobby is bright and clean, the 24-hour hot beverage bar well stocked and clean. A nice variety of creamers and sweeteners were available. The front desk employees were friendly and courteous. The grab and go breakfast area offered a surprisingly diverse selection, eggs, (egg white omelet, hard boiled, and apparently a regular egg omelet, several varieties of breakfast sandwiches, fruit, bagels, granola, fruit juices, cereal (hot and cold) and milk. The ice machine, laundry, and gym were in the first floor. The rooms were surprisingly large and the vinyl plank floors very clean. The bathroom was well lit and comfortable. Only a shower, but that was not a problem. There was a mini fridge and ironing board / iron available for use. Plenty of hooks and hanger. Also multiple outlets and usb ports. The location was near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, Walgreens, and other stores, businesses of interest. It was also very accessible to the highway. The place had a clean, modern, bright feel.I will definitely keep Avid in mind on my next trip to NW Arkansas

Excellent choice for Fayetteville. Young and hip just like the city. The host at the front desk was very informative and got us checked in fast. They have razor back gear and inviting lobby. People were on the porch enjoying the great weather and the pond. A+ from this teacher!

This place was really a great place to stay. Just far enough off the freeway, but with easy access...rooms and hotel interior were new and clean. Hotel staff was uncommonly friendly and helpful...especially Tracy who could not have been more personable and accomodative. Breakfast the next morning was more than adequate...alot of things to choose from...it was self-serve which is perfect for me when traveling. Super easy drive to the university. Planet fitness across the street. Walmart accross the street for the things I forgot.I'm sold and not staying anywhere else when in Fayetteville.

We were greeted upon entering the hotel. The young man at the front desk was very friendly. The room was nice it was a little small compared to other locations. I would recommend this place to others if you're going to be in that area.

We have stayed at AVID twice now, and we will definitely be back! The rooms are clean, the customer service is great and the free breakfast is better than one would expect for the price. There is a variety of options (cereal, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, juices, milk and coffee). I was very pleased with the accommodations for the price we paid. The location is great, and I definitely recommend this hotel!

While this is not a luxury hotel, it is quite functional and serves the purpose for short stays. However, I do have to point out the exceptional spread at breakfast. I found the selection and variety of options to be exceptional, so much so that I stopped and took some photos to include here in the review. As a business traveler, I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again. Its also within walking distance to a Walmart.

My husband and I stayed one night because we were on our way to Eureka Springs. Everything was great! Small rooms but we didn't need anything big. The shower was great! The lighting in the bathroom was awesome! Our only complaint was the noise. Kids were knocking on our door, and someone pulled on our door. I don't know if they were doing it to be funny or if they genuinely didn't know what room number they needed. Everything was clean and overall it was a nice stay. We will stay here again if we ever need to!

My wife, son, and I just stayed at Avid while we were on a trip to help move our daughter home from college at the nearby University of Arkansas. One challenge we had was trying to find out more about breakfast before we booked.Breakfast had a lot of items that I would characterize as “more than grab-and-go, but less than full breakfast spread”. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits were the main offering along with cereals, oatmeal packets, individually wrapped muffins, juices, and coffee. Coffee is machine-fresh ground and available all day.The hotel has a very modern and minimalist feel. The floors in the room are a solid surface, not carpet. I like this because it has to be easier to clean. There isn’t a lot of furniture in the rooms, avoiding unnecessary clutter. The TV is a very large flat screen - some would argue too large for the space, but I would say they simply understand who the modern customer is.The bathroom and shower was great. The staff at the front desk was great. We signed up for the rewards program before we booked and it saved us about $5.00. Overall it was a clean, affordable, nice room to stay in with a good breakfast. It was exactly what I was looking for out of a hotel this trip.

After an extended stay at this establishment for my son's graduation from the university and to help him move out of his apartment - I was subjected to one of the worst experiences in a "hotel" ever. The filth in the room was constant; even after complaining, it was never rectified. But the topper, after 8 days without a sheet change, and after insisting on one - I returned to my room to find the "new sheets" to be wholly stained with some unknown substance - and after having the night manager up to the room to look at it and then take the sheets off, an even larger red stain was found underneath on the mattress cover. It was gross and nauseating and unsanitary. The next morning (as I checked out a day earlier than I had intended), I spoke to the manager who was not only combative but couldn't have cared less. While I will be taking further action, I offer this review as a public service. Buyer beware. See the picture below and while hard to tell the scale, I can assure you these stains were quite large.

Was expecting a ihg hotel quality, however this is the grossest ihg hotel I have ever stayed at, the hallways look as if they haven't been vaccumed in weeks, elevators are disgusting, and the floors in the rooms look as if they haven't been mopped in quite some time, the sheets are stained, old dried urine on the toilet. Had to go downstairs 3 times before the front desk could get us access to our room. Not to mention we have 7+ rooms booked for the next 2 nights; so very hard to cancel and find other accomodations. When a paying customer has to mop the floors with Lysol wipes, that's sad. Definitely a huge disappointment, for a "new" hotel I expected it to at least be clean. Just don't do it.
