“Needed a new battery in my vehicle, so I stopped by and returned the previous battery and purchased a new one. Turns out, I gave some wrong information about my vehicle, and was recommended the wrong battery. Totally my fault. Came back in to have them install the battery themselves, all while assuming I would have to pay for a whole new battery because of my screw up. Instead, they refunded the previous battery (Which I had installed, so a return was unlikely without manager approval) and set me up with the new battery almost free of charge! Completely grateful for their help and patience. Service time is slow, but their kindness and helpfulness more than makes up for it!”
