Make sure to ask lots of questions about the details involved in the "deals" their offering. I honestly recommend calling AT&t corporate to confirm anything they tell you.Fraud is no joke at&t and interviews can be recorded with one parties consent legally in Arkansas:) don't delete this review or I will push further than this

My entire experience with AT&T has been nothing short of extremely frustrating. Sept. 15th I went to this AT&T location to get an unlimited hot spot plan. I don't have a phone plan with AT&T but wanted a mobile hot spot. They set me up with a hot spot account and sent me on my way, telling me I would get my FAN pin via email within 48 hours (you need this pin to access your online account). After the 48 hours, I returned to the store explaining I hadn't yet gotten the pin. They said to "keep waiting." After multiple days, I then went to a different AT&T location (on College Ave). While I was there, I explained I needed unlimited wifi for my hot spot. The woman working explained that the plan the other location signed me up for was incorrect so she switched me to a cheaper plan but confirmed it'd still be unlimited wifi. I then called customer support to get my FAN pin. While on the phone, the woman said I had been switched to a 50 gig plan, not an unlimited. So, once again, I went BACK into this College Ave location where they changed my plan back to the original plan I was set up with a week prior. They then explained the first AT&T location (this location) should've given me this FAN pin before I left after my initial purchase (which did not happen). I have since called AT&T customer support FOUR times to get this pin. The first two calls after being on hold for 30+ min were dropped after minutes of talking to the rep. The third call, I made on a Sunday and was told I had to call back Monday-Friday because the team that resets pins isn't in on Sunday. She told me she would call me back the next day to complete this (shocker, I never received a call back). So here I am again. On my fourth call. And I have now been told it takes up to 30 days for my email to appear on my account and until then, they can not reset the pin because it will be set to my email (since I don't have a phone plan with AT&T and they can not text the pin). So. Now I will have to call a 5th time within one month. And on top of that, I will be billed at some point (date TBD because I can't access my account) but I will have no idea how much I will be charged until it has hit my credit card because I can't access my online account (and I was told since my account changed 3 times-because of poorly trained staff members-my statement will be higher than quoted, which is super fun to be totally unaware of the said price). I am thinking of ending my service with AT&T because of this headache.

I am older and I dreaded opening a new account and buying a new phone but Patricia exceeded my expectations in both. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient, and thorough. I was very comfortable with her. Ty, Patricia.

I’ve been on the phone with ATT customer service multiple times and into other ATT stores trying to get Wi-Fi working . I stopped to get a new SIM card and Sawyer took care of that immediately. I mentioned my Wi-Fi calling issues and because of that was going to change a carrier’s. He had my Wi-Fi calling working within minutes. Sawyer is the best sales person ATT has in my book. Thank Sawyer!!

I had ordered mine and my husband's new phones online and had a terrible experience. After many long phone calls with the AT&T Customer Service, we went into the AT&T Store on MLK and Sawyer A was very professional, polite, quick, and great at his job! He activated our phones in no time! Thanks Sawyer, we appreciate you!!

great store! With great workers. Patricia was the one to help me and she was awesome!! Knew what she was talking about and made getting AT&T services super easy! Overall a great store. 10/10 recommend
