I love Jared! He’s so very helpful! I’ve had a few problems in my apartment with the AC and he personally installed the backup. He’s been keeping up with our maintenance and making sure our apartment is up to pair. Best property manager ever!

The maintenance and office workers are great!! However, corporate needs to get their stuff together cause there’s only 2 maintenance men for the ENTIRE complex, people’s apartments are flooding, people are finding scorpions in their rooms, there’s no toilet paper or paper towels in the public restrooms, and most of the treadmills don’t work. My oven didn’t work for a month and a half (it was right after move in), and several others have problems that have yet to be fixed, WHICH is all due to corporate, cause the workers here are doing all that they can.

The building manager is a saint. I broke my knee into six pieces and had to deal with roommate abuse where I was being kept out of the living room and kitchen. The building manager got me a handicap friendly room with great roommates and did everything in his power to make things easy for me. Kindness is rare and it's amazing to experience it. Thank you all so much.

Through my time at atmosphere, I had 3 flat tires all caused by their parking garage. They charged me extra cleaning fees at the end of my lease but they can’t sweep the garage?

Eric is the best worker at atmosphere. I see how hard he works everyday and it makes me feel like atmospheres staff cares deeply about their residents. I hope that Eric continues to work here for a long time!

I love Atmosphere! The front desk staff is always so friendly! Parking spaces are limited but the managers took time to find me a parking space close to the property, they’re awesome!

My daughter signed a lease a month ago and they told me NO PARKING was available. Yesterday my daughter gets an email spots are available and we try to contact them and they tell me no spots are available for lease holders. They are giving spots to people that sign a lease today! How is that even possible and why treat the current PAYING residents this way!!! Today they tell me no manager is available to speak to me regarding the matter and corporate sends me to the leasing office! This is ridiculous and not the way to be treated!

The management here is amazing! They truly care about their residents and always fulfill maintenance requests on time. The manager Jared goes out of his way to talk to residents, always treating them with respect. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. Loved living here!

Typical student housing. They will screw you over once they can. The apartments feels like a nice jail, supper small and terrible furnitures. There is not way you can be protected with that lease you sign, it’s all about your liabilities and not theirs. They charged me so much money about things that I’ve never seen before and trying to settle it was a waste of time, pay or you’ll have a debt.If you can, find something else. Do not support this type of business, they take advantage of students and the housing is not worth the money.

They will find all kinds of reason to charge you unnecessary fees. LARGE amount of fees.My roommate did nothing and was charged a total of $135 bathroom / carpet cleaning fee. When I moved out of my last unit, I was charged microwave cleaning (which I whipped out in 2 mins), wall paint fee ( cuz I put 2 nails it in. ), carpet cleaning fee, bathroom cleaning fee… I can accept cleaning fees but they added up to $120 for me. On top of that $350 worth of couch fee due to cat scratches. After paying that, they just told me again to prepare a few hundred bucks to pay the couch replacement fee again because my couch has 3 scratches. They also made me pay for the cleaning fees for my whole apartment since my roommates have moved out.It is noisy with people constantly partying, the public areas are dirty, and the management is very rude.It is also NOT SAFE here because our apartment got broken into by a drunk girl. We locked our door and a random girl’s key could open our door. The lock mis-functioned. ( I have voice recording of atmosphere management admitting that it did Mis- functioned, though not supposed to. So pls don’t lie in this comment section and say it didn’t happen). Management refused to take responsibility for it. We were lucky she didn’t come with intentions but who knows if that’s gonna happen again. The Wifi breaks all the time, and the parking garage is open to the public. Anybody could break into ur car.You might think it’s cheaper than other apartments close to campus. But you might end up paying more compared to other places.

Ian Swint is amazing! The account for my son's apartment was all messed up. He was patient and experienced in helping me correct the problem and sign the agreement. I am so happy to have my son living in Atmosphere next year and that is mostly because of Ian! Thank you!

If you're sensitive to noise, you won't like Atmosphere because the walls are thin and the windows are thinner - I lived near the parking garage and got woken up every day to them emptying trash because the dumpster makes a loud clanking noise when they bring it to the road, and frat guys playing pranks and rallying for games was obnoxious and constant in the middle of the night.I would also caution you: I would actually say I'd be comfortable living there again, but Scion Property Group has a habit of skimping you out of money and capitalizing so you have to be extremely careful and thorough about documentation at move in and before move out. When I moved in they didn't honor the concession addendum on my lease and I had to deal with management to get it resolved. They're currently charging me for a couch replacement for some damage that wasn't there when I left on move-out day, and I don't have any images from that day to dispute it with so I'm stuck paying it anyways even though my roommate who still lives in that unit who is home almost 24/7 told me that that nothing happened to the couch after I left either and that they never replaced the couch. The image they have is just of a keychain that says our apartment number in front of a broken couch with no other context, so it would be really easy for them to have taken that image in front of any other couch in the building and charged who knows how many units for a new couch that they didn't actually replace. Photograph EVERYTHING.Aside from those things, Atmosphere has friendly office staff, prompt response from maintenance, a really good walking distance from campus, and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The appliances aren't the best and the rest of the furniture is very cheap, but those are common in these student apartments I think it's one of the better options for student living in Fayetteville next to Spectrum and The Vue.
