Showed up to the units this morning and was able to enter the facility just fine with my code. However, when I went to leave, the keypad was not responding and had some sort of error displayed on the screen. The note on the keypad says if the gate is not working to use the other keypad on the other side of the property however, when you go to that keypad, it says it is out of order to use the other keypad that I just came from… Obviously, I was not going to get out on my own, so I called the after hours emergency number provided on the keypad. She was unable to help open the gates either.I managed storage units for a period of time and we were able to remotely open gates, and also had an emergency gate open button up for situations like this.I have three employees with me this morning and have been stuck at the facility for just over an hour… That is time I have to pay them from doing absolutely nothing because of a mess up and technology. Additionally, I own a crime scene, cleanup business, and my response time is very important like it was this morning… I don’t think that they are going to be willing to pay my employees hourly rate for the time that we were held up.Let’s hope that their inability to properly maintain and access/control the equipment of the facility doesn’t result in someone’s harm due to the delay in response time it caused this morning during a biohazard cleanup.

Wonderful staff and wonderful facilitiesWe have used it for warehousing for our moving company.Clean units, new buildings, and secure area. We will contrite us them and refer our clients to them.
